I have been buying Charmin for as long as I have been on my own and buying products from a grocery store. Now you decide to shorten the width of the roll!!!! Why? It looks dwarfed on the TP holder. It takes more tissue to get the job done because it doesn't feel like the right amount in your hand and it's width is shorter and doesn't get the job done. Why does everyone feel the need to fix what isn't broke? Can't you just leave it alone? Now I have to search for another paper to fit the roller and do the job it is meant for. I am not happy! Not at all! Use to love your product. Not anymore!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TP is great, soft, gentle, no poke through, absorbent. The only problem I have with it is that the rolls are getting too skinny and it can make for a messy situation. This is my favorite TP though because it is made well to clean properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to try the free pack of Charmin's. We were so surprised at the softness and thickness of the tissue paper. When I compared the current brand I use to the Charmin it was amazing how much bigger Charmin's was. I expected the price to be higher than my brand and so the next grocery store shop I compared prices and was so shocked to see the prices were pretty similar. When I averaged the amount Charmin gives you to the few cents I was saving with my brand in the long run I will save more money buying Charmin. The product is very strong and absorbent and I will make it part of my weekly list of purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is my go to toilet paper with its cushy soft cushions and Oh so soft texture that my behind does not feel scratched at all. Other TPs have been not as nice to me. This one is here to stay. It is soft as a feather, gentle as a petal but strong as the strongest TP ever. Charmin has lots of sales, and lots of coupons so it does not break my bank and zi get top use the Best product in town.

I'm a nurse and the hospital tissue is so ruff for my patients that I bring in Charmin and store it in the supply closet. I try to do as much as possible for my patients and this is such a great product to make that happen with! Thanks Charmin for helping me make a difference!

I recently received my kit and couldn't be happier using The Charmin Ultrasoft toilet paper that was inside.It was like heaven feeling those soft sheets.I was also pleased with learning that the rolls last just as long as the unmentionable brand I use to purchase, which I had always wondered. Even my toddlers love it! Am not buying those cheap ones anymore since i am actually wasting money on them coz i have to use a lot...with Charmin you use less...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] somehow I seem to be the only person in the house that knows how to change the toilet paper roll!! but I have had a less time with this task, thanks to Charmin Mega roll . it lasts and lasts. not only because it is a larger roll, but the awesome absorbency, there is less used paper is needed. this is not only economical and strong , but the softness is also there. Charmin has been a name above the others for so many years. I suggest everyone give this product a try

I have been purchasing only Charmin ultra soft for years. I am now very disappointed with the 1/2 inch down sizing in the width. I would rather pay a little more a roll because this isn't going to save any money when I just have to use more sheets to adjust for the width change. Why don't you just offer a option of the old size in your line of paper. I will be shopping around to change brand.
