I've always been a Charmin fan, but I've been VERY disappointed lately with the width of the rolls!!! It's pretty sad with this being one of the upper priced products that you no longer get what you pay for.

I have used ultra soft exclusively for years. Your latest product change to a 4 inch wide roll made Charmin just another TP. You are just part of the crowd and no longer stand apart for the consumer.

Charmin Ultra Soft is exactly that Really Really soft and is the best of it's kind. If you are looking for a soft toilet paper, there is no other like Charmin's Ultra Soft and I highly recommend buying this one....

the product is fine it's the packaging that I have a problem with it shrink wraps the toilet paper so tight it misshapes every roll even if you try to make the tube round again it still doesn't roll easily
