[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Soft is extremely soft. I received the product from Charmin to try. My family loved the feel and the softness. It didn't leave behind any lint when using. It does live up to it's name. However, I expected the roll to last a little longer than it did since it was called a Mega Roll. I found that one roll only lasted one day and we have three people living in our household. The only other improvement I would recommend is that they make the roll a little wider. My husband noticed it was not as wide a roll as the other toilet paper we usually buy. I think if the roll was wider, we would use even a little less toilet paper than we were using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Charmin toilet paper for years. I use it all the time. The new ultra soft is really soft and nice. My neighbor asked me what kind of toilet paper I used (I knew that her son would come over all the time to see my son would ultimately go to the bathroom instead of going home). I told her charmin and asked her why and she said that he son had been telling her how much he like the toilet paper that I used. I think that is a testament to how good it is.

The amazing shrinking Charmin - the first Mega rolls were truly Mega. Then they narrowed, and started falling off our tissue holder. We adjusted the holder, but the Mega rolls kept getting smaller and smaller. Now the rolls have narrowed again, prompting one to wonder if soon we'll be flossing with Charmin - what a mental picture that brings to mind! However, the last purchase was the worst - the so-called "Ultra-Strong" tissue was as thin as the thinnest single-ply tissue. The embossing was exaggerated to make the tissue appear thicker, and the rolls were loosely rolled to make them look larger. I've been loyal to the Charmin product through many changes, but P & G has stretched my loyalty to the limits, and I will no longer buy the Charmin products.

This product needs to be compared to itself before the virus and after the virus. It is so different now and not soft at all. I thought that it was temporary due to shortages. But I have suffered through three purchases and it’s still unacceptable. I will be forced to shop for anew brand.

We have loyal Charmin customers for over 40 years. Like the Mega rolls as fewer changes between rolls, but the last package I bought had two bad rolls in it. The middle was so squished and mangles we couldn't hardly use. We pay a little more to get Charmin and this has never happened before and hope it doesn't happen again. Seems quality control is slipping. I took pictures. Wish there was someplace to send to you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Charmin Ultrasoft now for about 2 weeks, and I have to say that I am really impressed...with a toilet paper...and that says a lot all by itself. First, the Charmin Ultrasoft Mega Roll is huge which means that I don't have to change it as often which is a big plus since my husband is never involved in this task. Then, the tissue itself is incredibly soft and has a pretty flowered pattern when you look closely. I kept my usual brand of toilet paper out to compare the two and the Charmin Ultrasoft wins the softness test hands down. OK, so then I used the Charmin Ultrasoft, I was amazed at how strong this really soft toilet paper was! I was also amazed to find that because it's so strong, I really do use less toilet paper. I would absolutely buy Charmin Ultrasoft and love the Mega Rolls!

We have been using this product for years and suddenly our last package was noticeably lower quality. It honestly feels like gas station toilet paper. I have never wanted to shop around for toilet paper before but I will not be purchasing this product any more if you don't return to the prior product quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Charmin. However, I had not really used the Ultra Soft. I have used the regular charmin in the past. When I tried this Ultra Soft, I definitely noticed it was even softer than the regular charmin. It is also strong and doesn't fall apart. It does NOT have a grainy scratchy feel like some other toilet papers. It is top notch. I love it.

I also love that it comes in such big rolls since my family goes through so much paper. Since receiving this product we have drastically cut down on the amount of tolitpaper we go through. My husband has also used it wet and he said it held up better than any tolitpaper he has ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised at how much I liked this toilet paper! I am not used to soft toilet paper as I did not grow up on it...and it is very nice! The other thing that was a nice added bonus is that the roll actually lasts a longer time than I expected as I thought it would be gone in just a few days! So now, I think it is about time for me to change brands and have Charmin as my new go-to brand. Thanks!
