Charmin is my favorite brand for toilet paper. I recently bought a different brand on accident and worst mistake of my life. It was so thin and ripped easily it really made me appreciate Charmin even more. It is so thick and soft that you really dont need much so you end up saving a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is just that, ULTRA soft! We loved giving this sample a try, and it was a nice luxurious addition to our bathroom. The paper is also quite thick, which meant we didn't have to use as much as we would with a bargain 1-ply brand. I do wish that the rolls were a little thicker, as they seemed to go fast, but other than that, we loved this toilet paper and will be purchasing it in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used two rolls of the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and I really like it. The rolls are big, so you don't have to change them so often. It's super soft and I know that it's not going to hurt my septic system. I am going to change from my current toilet paper and start using Charmin Ultra Soft on a regular basis.

I have been very disappointed with the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper I have been using recently. I have noticed things like an half of an inch being cut off each roll. I have bought multiple rolls and it barely fits between the springs, when you pull on the roll, it pops right out of the thing. It is very disappointing to me. The wiping area is also different. One must be careful where one puts ones fingers with the shorter width. I'm not at all happy with the change, and as I recall, the price did not reflect the 18 inches of missing toilet paper. With the past couple rolls I have bought, I have been having pieces left behind. In addition, I have been having issues with my toilet clogging and I haven’t been using that much toilet paper. I am completely unsatisfied with this product and will never buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was an advocate for strong paper because soft paper always left toilet paper residue on me, but I can definately say that this toilet paper has turned me. It is soft on skin but not smear paper. It stays in tact and is still strong. The roll seems to last longer than my quilted northern double rolls too! I would have never purchased but I received a free sample. I'm glad I did. I'm definitely buying from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is awesome! Its really soft and thick, and very absorbent! You dont have to use a lot to get clean. a little goes a very long way..but if you have a low pressure toilet, then if you use a lot, it will clog!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently agreed to try the new Charmin ULTRA SOFT Toilet Paper and have to agree, it is super soft and cushy. Because of its thickness, you do use less than thinner toilet paper brands. However, I noted that the rolls are getting narrower and narrower, even if by minute degrees. The reason I noticed it is that we have a toilet paper holder that the rolls snap into, thus revealing when they are narrower than usual. The difference is only fractions of an inch narrower than normal brands, but enough to make the rolls fall down on our holder, so that it's hard to roll the paper easily. Soft and cushy, definitely, but I don't think the price is very competitive. If it were, I would definitely switch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just want is needed for toilet paper. You need a soft paper but tough so that it does not crumble or pill when doing its job. Charmin ultra soft is soft and tough the perfect toilet paper. I was given 4 free rolls from Charmin but they did not need to, as I already use Charmin untra soft in my home.

I have bought Charmin for many years. What's the deal with this new width? It looks stupid on the toilet paper holder. Please make the rolls smaller in length if that is what you need to do. I will continue to search other brands until I find one that still has the standard width of paper. Also, my brother has to buy a new toilet paper holder to fit these---insane!!!!!!
