[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my free pack of Charmin Ultra-Soft and put it to use immediately. The Mega roll (4 rolls in 1) still fit on the toilet paper holder! I didn't think I would be as impressed as I am. It's so soft and strong. It's safe for my septic system. And I'm using less sheets at a time than my usual brand. It has been a week and we just finished the first roll, where a typical roll lasts about 3 days. I've even started using the Charmin for my nose instead of my name brand tissues with aloe! I'm not the only fan-everyone in the home is pleased! My 3 yr old said "Ooh that's soft! I like it!". He is obsessed with soft fabrics. A friend came to visit the other day, and made a beeline for the restroom as soon as she walked in ( too much coffee on her drive). When she came out she asked if I had switched brands. I told her about getting chosen for the BzzCampaign and getting to try the Charmin for free. My friend liked it so much during her visit, she's going to buy it for her house. It'll be the brand I use for my home from here on out!

I was afraid I would lose the strength for softness. Boy was I WRONG! When I received my sample of Charmin Ultra Soft from the Charmin Company I placed a roll in our bathroom. My family is very particular when it comes to toilet tissue and normally reject new types and brands. I have not heard a single complaint! The Ultra Soft cleans as well as the Ultra Strong while providing a super soft feel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try and I really liked it. I typically purchase really inexpensive toilet paper, so this was a real treat for me. What I really liked most is that right off the bat you could tell that it was strong paper by just touching it. When I used the toilet paper, it didn't break, which is what I usually encounter with the cheaper brands I use. It also was extremely soft and as a woman who drinks a lot of water and has to use the restroom a dozen times in two hours, I felt that was extremely important! The double rolls would make it last longer, which could save on cost. I would definitely lean towards replacing my current toilet paper with Charmin if I had coupons to bring the cost down.

Unlike normal toilet paper, the roll from my latest package has no 'scores' to allow tearing of individual squares (or multiples). I looked for a place on your site to contact you directly but could not find one. Thought you would want to know about this quality control issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never bought Charmin® Ultra Soft* before it being sent to me. All I got to say is I loved it. Our family has been trying to find just the right toilet paper forever now. Most brands are either too thin and/or leave behind "fuzzies". I hated buying a package of toilet papers and then discovering how bad it was. When we were sent the package of Charmin Ultra Soft we really expected the "fuzzy" effect since it was so soft and cushy but to our great surprise it was prefect. I do plan on buying for now on.

The larger roll means that it doesn't need to be replaced as often. The softness is the thing that keeps me buying this product. It is the only toilet paper we will buy!!

I can't believe what you have done! The largest size is tiny now. I regularly use this. Suddenly it is 11/2 inch less wide & way shorter. It looks like cash register tape!! I will never buy this again. What really irritates me is how sneakily you changed the dimensions on the pckg. Only a math genius could figure out how slyly you changed it. Will never buy again.

I was skeptical that this tp would be any better than my old tp but was really surprised at the softness and durability of this Charmin Ultra Soft tp. I don't have any complaints about this tp but if you have one of the smaller tp holders I can see where it may be a tight fit. Thankfully I have an old home with larger tp paper holders. I must admit my tush is happier with this new Charmin Ulta Soft that is was with my old tp. This will surely be on my shopping list next time I go to the grocery store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Charmin Ultra Soft a couple weeks ago and at first I was extremely impressed with how soft it was and how it is now safe for septic tank house holds like mine. Then my 5 year old son pointed out something interesting, the roll is skinny. It says it is a jumbo roll and equals 4 rolls per square but my son was correct, the roll is smaller. There is much more room on each side of the roll than my "normal brand". I felt duped and what made it worse was that my 5 year old noticed it first. Yes it's super soft so maybe I will use just for tissue to blow my nose since it is winter because honestly my behind doesn't need something THAT soft.
