People are telling you the product is not the same, please listen to what is being said and check into it. Something had to of changed or customers would not be complaining." The way it is cut and tears is even different and it IS NOT ULTRA SOFT any more! NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AT ALL! I WILL be buying A DIFFERENT BRAND from now on. It didnt leave any shreds behind when you cleaned your bottom and it doesnt leave you too wet. Thanks Charmin, I will continue to use your products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to enter into this Charmin Ultra Toilet Paper campaign because I have used Scott Toilet Paper for the past 20 years mostly due to my husband. Received my demo package of Charmin Ultra and decided to put it to work. I especially wanted my husband to try the wonderful feel of this tissue on a daily basis. I myself never knew how wonderful Charmin was against my skin. I also use the tissue to remove makeup on my face nightly. Also the tissue stayed in my sheet and did not dissolve in to a mess in the toilet. I was also happy that the tissue is septic safe. That was a big concern with my husband. Well, my husband loved the feel of the tissue compared to the Scott Tissue. It is a hit in our household as well with company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample pack of Charmin Ultra Soft from the manufacturer. I was NEVER a lover of Charmin and was skeptical about trying it. Boy was I ever wrong !!! It is the softest toilet paper I have ever tried. It was like mush on my tush. It made going to the bathroom much more pleasurable. Not only that but, the mega rolls are a pleasure. No need to change rolls as often as I was doing with my old brand. My hubby is a creature of habit and he refused to try anything except his "favorite brand". With a little coaxing, he did try it and he too was delighted at how wonderful and soft Charmin Ultra Soft was. He asked me to "only buy this brand from now on". It won us both over. We are believers !! Sometimes people have certain ideas in their head about certain products/brands. I guess we learned a great lesson that one should at least give other brands a try before making decisions. A neighbor came over and I said I know this is a weird question, but what brand of toilet tissue do you use. When she told me, I said "You have to try Charmin Ultra Soft, you will be amazed how terrific it is". I gave her a roll and the next day she called to thank me. She said if it weren't for me, she would NEVER have tried it. More satisfied users !!

After using Charmin Ultra Soft we are torn between the two choices. Charmin Ultra Soft was very durable and last a long time even with 4 people using it. It is very durable and absorbent, we are sold and will never change back from Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my absolute favorite toilet paper! It is very soft and absorbent. The best part is--no lint left behind! That seems to be a problem for other "soft" brands and is the main reason that Charmin Ultra Soft is my favorite!

I used to love charmin ultra soft, and it was the only toilet paper we used! My friends made jokes that I could recognize it among many, just from the touch. I loved its thickness and softness, but the packs I bought in the past few months (usually from Costco) , have been different. First of all the height of the roll is smaller, which makes your usable area smaller, and now I need to use more squares than before. Second issue is the softness: where did it go? The last packages I bought are much much coarser: I'm very disappointed. I'm going to have to find a different brand

It's a wonderful value for the price. It's also extremely soft, soft enough to use as tissue. I will definitely be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft! Thanks Charmin for the sample!
