[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is always exciting to receive free things in the mail, so I was thrilled when Charmin sent me a pack of their Ultra Soft toilet paper to try! Living with a family of 4, with one of them being special needs, our budget is always tight. Needless to say, toilet paper has not been one of our priorities, so we have usually gone with whatever was on sale or cheapest. When the Charmin Ultra Soft came in the mail, I was so excited to try it out and see what the family thought! When I first opened the package I was surprised to see how large the roll was! It was at least twice the size of a regular roll of toilet paper. One thing I have noticed with other brands is that they tear so easily when wiping. With the Charmin I immediately noticed that it did not tear at all! I also noticed I was not having to use as much as I did with the other brands. My 8 year old daughter also noticed that it wasn't tearing for her, and she also was not having to use as much, which meant she was no longer stopping up the toilet with toilet paper! This was a regular occurrence with her before the switch! My 5 year old son is special needs, and still has trouble wiping, and would sometimes cry or say ouch whenever someone else would wipe him. Let me tell you he LOVES the Charmin! He does not fuss with it at all since it is so soft! I have to say, after trying Charmin Ultra Soft I am a believer! Toilet paper will now become a priority in this house! No more other brands! We are a Charmin family all the way!

It is softer than the brand that I normally use. It also didn't fall apart like most other TP when it comes to the "tougher" job. Absorbent and soft enough to blow your nose with too. Even liked the design on the roll too. We have decided to switch to this TP in our household. Thanks Charmin!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin provided me with a sample of the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper in exchange for my honest feedback. When I first opened the box, I was surprised. The 4-pack was compact. The rolls seemed very short. Once I put a roll on my toilet paper holder, it looked even more odd because the roll is considerably more narrow than the brand I had previously been using, and actually measured the difference to be 1/2 shorter in width. The paper itself is very soft, and was gentle to the touch when used. However, the smaller size of the individual squares was cause to use more squares in order to allow a more comfortable assurance of coverage, which is why I deducted a star for the product rating. I did use this toilet paper in a pinch in absence of tissue paper for my nose, and it was very soft and gentle on my face as well, albeit due to the narrowness of the roll, I couldn't recommend using this in lieu of facial tissue.

The toilet paper is that soft. I don't usually write reviews on toilet paper, because people tend not to care about comfort, just cost. But after I got my free sample in the mail, this has been the only kind of toilet paper I can get, my butt has been spoiled! It's not much more than the store brands, so I'm shelling out a few extra cents to have my butt pampered during toilet time. Also, it's safe to use with septic systems, which is the number 1 thing I have to look for when purchasing toilet paper. My dad stopped over and used the toilet paper, and he said it felt like wiping with a terry cloth, and wanted to know where I got it so he could pick some up on the way home. I thought the commercials on tv were just exaggerating, but you have really got to try this toilet paper!

As always, we recently purchased the Ultra Soft Mega pack of Charmin. Very disappointed in, at this point, in 4 rolls of the first package of 8. You get down to a certain point and the sheets on the roll are rippled and when you get down further the roll starts to shred into small pieces. Your usual good quality reputation is lessened somewhat. No moisture whatsoever was involved. Original packaging all intact.

As soon as I got the package I took one roll and put it in her bathroom and she comes out and yells "Mom, this is so soft" and 20 minutes later she is still in the bathroom. I go in there and she is just feeling the Charmin. I always go for the cheapest toilet paper, not any longer! This is definitely going to be the new addition to the bathroom. Not only did she love it but I did as well. It is super soft and strong. I will definitely be passing the good word along!

I will not ever change to a other Toilet paper! I always went with cheap brands but after I found out that I actually wasted money by having to buy much more of these cheap products and it is not comparable to Charmin Ultra Soft! You have found a new Fan Charmin :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just got my package from Charmin. this tissue paper is really soft and unscented, which is good for any one with allergies or sensitive skin. the 2-ply it thick and durable. buy using less sheets to get the same job done as single ply i know i will safe money every month! the Charmin Ultra Soft is soft enough to use for makeup removal, no more buying cotton balls. i'm going to bring a roll to my moms house seeing that she has a septic tank and septic safe paper is very important to her. i will be recommending this product to every one i know.
