[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Charmin for about as long as I can remember but this package of Charmin seemed to be even more soft than I have ever experienced before. This product is super soft, thick, and luxurious!

It's far more important than a giggle discussing it among friends. Some of us use the the cheapest brand, and end up using enough to clog the plumbing. Others use brands that are too soft and tear before use. This TP isn't like either one. It's soft, it is thick enough to be absorbent so you don't need as much, and doesn't end up in shreds after use. It flushes without clogging the toilet. Basically, everything you want from your toilet paper. Thank you Charmin for letting me try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just go my Charmin Ultra Soft yesterday and WOW was I surprised I have bought Charmin and one other brand for years. I opened this package and it felt like a fine cloth and it will last so much longer, I couldn't understand how anyone would after trying the new Charmin would not never change and I can see why those bears love it. My daughter was over when I got the package. She is already a Charmin user but it blue her mind to. Thank You Charmin for improving this toilet paper and letting me use it for free so that I can tell my family and close friends to get this.

I had written a negative review stating that Charmin toilet tissue was changed and that it was thin now and no better than the other brands. I had gotten a 12-pack (mega) of the Soft Charmin, and every roll in the package was thin. Well P&G sent me a coupon and asked me to try Charmin again. I did, and it was just as fantastic as it always had been! Thank you so much P&G! I love my Charmin once again!

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft since it was introduced. I would like to speak to the marketing genius that decided to save a few cents and make the rolls 3/8 inch narrower. You took what I considered a perfect product and ruined it with this change. Not only does this narrower roll flop on the holder causing it to tear unevenly but a much more serious flaw of not being large enough to cover you hand properly and causing.....well I hope that you get the picture. As far as I'm concerned I am looking for another brand -- yes you've lost a customer, and I will tell every one I know what you did to your loyal customers. I'm an Engineer and what you accomplished is create a design flaw in a roll of toilet paper.....and from my perspective that is very hard to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my pack from Charmin for the Ultra-Soft. I have always used Charmin but Basic just because it was less in price. But after trying the Ultra-Soft, there is no way I could go back. In fact my husband has requested that we keep using that brand since he likes it better. It is definetely much softer and lasts longer.

I have been using Charmin ultra soft for quite some time now. I love this product and the mega rolls are so convenient at my house of six! The product is high quality and I love how super soft it is. I won't be trading my Charmin in anytime soon although I wish it was less expensive. With a large family its expensive to keep good quality charmin around although worth it in the end! Keep it up!

I don't know if one roll would actually be equal to four rolls, though. If they do, we just went through eight rolls of toilet paper really fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having tried many soft toilet paper products in the past, I was somewhat surprised with the softness of Charmin Ultra Soft. This product was not only soft but strong and sturdy. Other soft toilet paper products didn't flush as easily as Charmin Ultra Soft did and that's a real plus in my book. The roll as lasted much longer than other products that I've tried before. I will definitely be purchasing Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper in the future.
