I've been buying this product for 20 years and have purchased my last roll. The new size barely covers your hands during use and is unsanitary. It also has lost it's soft texture. You are no better than the cheap store brands now so I will be searching for any brand other than Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin is my #1 brand of toilet paper. I grew up using the Charmin. Ultra Soft is a family favorite. It is very soft and absorbent. Leaves no residue/lint. My 6 year old tends to use less of this (instead of half a roll of other brands). Pros: soft absorbent affordable septic safe no clogs Cons: roll does not replace it's self when empty :) I would recommend this brand to everyone! I already do. *I received a free product to review from Charmin. (I'm lucky this is my toilet paper choice anyway.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always used Northern bath tissue until I was sent a sample of the charmin ultra soft. From now on I will be using that. It was soft super absorbent and strong. I would recommend trying charmin ultra soft and you will never buy another brand again!!!

Charmin ultra soft is the top tier toilet paper, nothing comes close to the softness and durability! I always stock up on this when they're on sale. Regular price it is more expensive, but you're really getting what you buy and you know it's the good stuff.

I am very frustrated that the only size i can now find at the store is the mega or super mega roll. These do not fit on the dispensers in any of my bathrooms, and I don't want to have to replace all of the dispensers. Please keep selling the double roll size, as that is the only size that fits, in spite of your claim that it is guaranteed to fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A week ago I received a four pack of this super thick, cushy toilet paper from Charmin (Charmin Ultra). I was skeptical reading the package as it stated it is clog free. I live in an old house that still has a very old toilet, so,I have always bought the cheapest, thinnest, scratchiest, toilet paper possible because EVERYTHING clogs this toilet. I also have two young children that forget to flush and sometimes we end up with TP overload trying to flush. The first time I awaited with the plunger in hand, because the in no doubt in my mind that this thick toilet paper will flood the toilet, and much to my amazement, it didn't flood!!! No kidding, I'm super excited by this. Amazing product! I have no idea what's different that this toilet paper doesn't clog, but it doesn't, and it's AMAZING! It's soft, thick, doesn't clog, doesn't smell like perfume. I'm hooked! Way to go Charmin!

However, I ended up switching brands because of the tiny toilet paper particles that ended up all over my bathroom and clothes. It was almost like a dusting effect. It seems that this new Charmin does not have this issue. It is still extremely soft and durable without the dusting problems. I also love the size of the rolls!! I have a family full of girls and feel like I am changing toilet paper rolls constantly. This new mega size is perfect!! Not so big that it won't turn on the dispenser yet not so small that I am constantly changing it! Perfect!! I will be switching back to Charmin Ultra Soft again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried other brands of tissue before, and they're usually harsh or to thin. Charmin is great because it's thick, so it allows to use less. It also is very absorbent, and doesn't break apart. What's really great is that it's not harsh, but still super soft.

We use Charmin Ultra soft and usually love it BUT the 18 roll mega that we are using currently has few or no scoring lines so it just tears wherever it wants to! I know you are working hard to keep up with the hoarders but perhaps the blades need sharpening. My husband is 92 and disabled so I have to help him use the toilet. Very inconvenient and wasteful to not be able to tear the sheets off! I have pictures but this doesn’t give me a way to send them. Usually I would always recommend Charmin but hope this is just a temporary problem.
