Let me start my review by saying it really is super soft and thick! Cleans up messes & tushes without having to use a lot! Which a a HUGE plus for parents! It's gentle on tushes & gets the job done easily! I absolutely love it, as does my son! Charmin really is the best & Charmin Ultra Soft really puts the competitor brand's versions of "soft" to shame! I highly recommend Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper!!

As the slogan says -- Enjoy the Go -- was so correct. Plus, the week was Charmin arrived I had a cold with a runny nose & the paper felt so so so good on my very sore nose. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was raised in a family that only used one brand of toilet tissue and so as an adult I continued that habit until one day I was shopping and my usual brand was out of stock so instead of visiting another store I decided to try Charmin Ultra Soft and it has been a happy union ever since. I like that even though it is very soft it does not take away from being strong. My family uses less because it is very absorbent and doesn't tear apart requiring the use of more. I do not notice any residue left behind and it is very easy on my septic system. I am so glad that I made the switch.

Why would Charmin continue to compare their 2-ply brand against Scott 1000 sheet 1-ply? Anyone who would buy Charmin based upon your commercials has to be simple as it would be a miracle for any 1-ply to measure up. The test (if actually conducted) is a sincere waste of your money, but gladly your customers must be happy that you passed it on to them. When the Father bear complains about the cheap brand being too thin, I always advise him to do what most poor people do and fold it. Obviously, he is part of the rich Charmin producers who can afford to waste their money and complain about the crap sticking to his fur. Let him in a secret he should know, in his case especially, pinch, don't wipe. wiping just spread it more. Also, is this bear family related to the Disney and AA Milne bear, Winnie the Pooh?

It makes all other toilet paper products look, and feel, unpleasant. If it were priced a bit cheaper, I would always buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, I did the "Squeeze the Charmin" move as soon as I tore open the package! Charmin Ultra Soft was everything it promised soft, thick and had a cushion like velvety feel. I was happy with Charmin "except" I noticed the rolls were shorter than my regular brand. I'm not really sure how this effects its performance but it was noticeable. I did bzz with a few people at work about the product. It seems like most people already have a favorite TP and weren't really into discussing anything else. A lot of my coworkers and friends shop at warehouse clubs and buy the store brand, both for price and convenience, and they voiced that they are happy with that choice. Although I was happy with the Charmin Ultra Soft sample, I would not change my present brand unless Charmin was less expensive. I did bzz about the Charmin Relief Project and shared the website. I think its a GREAT idea and I hope it gets MORE advertisement. Charmin Ultra Soft was Nice but not that different. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the box came, my 6 yr old was excited to open it with me. He pulled out the pack and gave it a good hug... then he said, "it is super squeezable!" So we started off well... Let me preface the rest of the story by saying that our family has been using Quilted Northern for over 11 years, and the ultra plush (3 ply) since it first came out. It was my husband's grandmother's brand, so he grew up with it, and that is all he will use. So, I called a family meeting and told my boys (husband and 2 sons) what was up with the great TP switch of 2015. My 10 yr old wasn't happy, and you can probably imagine the look my husband gave me. At first comparison, the Charmin is a bigger roll, with twice as many sheets, but our brand was softer. So after using it in all of our bathrooms, we have decided to go back to our QN 3 ply. With the Charmin, I found that we were using twice as much, which eliminated the benefit of the double roll. Personally, I doubled up because the first few times that I didn't, the TP became so saturated that it left me washing my hands twice as long, if you get my drift. I wish that I had known that it wasn't as absorbent as they make it out to be on TV. The Charmin also leaves quite a bit of lint behind. So after all was said and done, my husband declared that we never trying another TP ever again. It is a big deal in our house.... lol
