Charmin bath tissue has no consistency in product. I purchase ultra soft Charmin. I've noticed that sometimes, the tissue is thin and not 2-ply and most recently I noticed that the tissue size seemed smaller. I dug my empty roll out of the recycle and sure enough! The new product roll was one inch shorter. The description of product no longer indicates the sheet size, only the number of sheets. Also mega rolls have less paper on them than they had in the past. I used to have difficulty getting roll to fit in holder. The rolls now have about two rolls of the regular paper. I feel we are being ripped off by Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family received a 4 pk of Charmin Ultra Soft (Mega Roll) toilet paper free to try from the brand. I found truth in advertising in that it was by far "ultra soft" and "mega" in size. Not only was the super soft texture much appreciated on the tush, but my oldest daughter (7 y/o) found it perfectly soft and absorbant for a sore runny nose and I used it repeatedly to wipe my youngest daughter's (5 m/o) drool soaked face. The "mega" rolls were almost too thick to fit on our toilet paper holders and lasted significantly longer (at least 2x, if not more) than the "double rolls" of our usual brand. Not only is there more TP/roll, but the quality/thickness allows for significantly less sheets used/wipe.

I have to say that i was disappointed overall with the product. When you use it, it tears apart leaving the mess on you hands !! On the other hand the toilet paper was very soft to the touch and seems to last longer, just not durable enough for my family. I believe I will be staying with my regular brand.

Is soft and strong and you don't have to use as much as would with the other brands that I have used in the past. Then there are the kind that make me feel as though i am exfoliating my private regions. Which lead to the worst which are a combination of those. Charmin Ultra Soft is the complete opposite of those types in that what they advertise, they deliver. Super soft, the right strength in one sheet, almost like a thin pillow if you use enough. They are a great brand with wonderful performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this package of Charmin and I changed from my other brand and put the Charmin out and this is the best paper that I have used. It is very soft to the touch and also durable when you tar off the paper it is a clean tar.

To whom it may concern Quality, what a shame, we as consumers, expect to pay more for the same item as time goes by. Everything goes up, but when the quality goes down and the price goes up, then that's another story. Cutting back on the width of your product is just like cutting back on the quality. There is no difference! I have only used charmin in my house forever. I never liked any other brands. I really thought Mr. Whipple was my friend! What a shame! Bye to an old friend, Frank

The best tp we have used and here is why..... soft and strong also great for using as a tissue to blow your nose It is thick my kids use less It last a long time Over all the vaule and quality speak for its self. I grew up watching the commercial many times a week. lol My family and I loved the texture and the softness of the paper. The amount of the paper on the roll lasted us longer than I thought it would. That's a plus for me. It's a product that I would consider buying if the price is right. Thanks Charmin for continuing to make great products and letting us try them out.

Did not think that I could be swayed from my usual choice but this stuff is really great. How nice not to have to change the roll every day or two. Can it be possible that we are using less because it is such a strong and thick paper? Everyone in the house is in agreement. Wonderful stuff.
