[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the large roll. instead of having to change the roll every few days this mega roll has lasted a week. Fewer roll changes means fewer rolls in the trash. The only thing better would be if there was no paper roll. And because the paper is so thick you use less, which makes the roll last even longer. I was a loyal cottonelle user for years, but charmin is stronger and softer and feels better where it counts!

I received a free sample pack of Charmin Ultra Soft from the brand and I noticed the thickness and softness as soon as I grabbed a roll from the pack.--this paper really is Ultra soft! Even my kids commented on the change up saying they liked the plush new paper. We have used another major brand that is at a similar price point for years, but I will be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft on our next grocery stop!

I am a lifelong Charmin user but am now disappointed in the Ultra Soft / Easy Tear. The paper is THINNER than previous versions. The main reason I purchase Charmin Ultrasoft is for the thickness.. Sadly, I guess it's time to purchase another brand and check the thickness...

I’ve been using charmin for years, on the advice of my daughter. Corona made me use two different types of toilet paper. I was NOT PLEASED. I couldn’t wait to get more charmin! I was more than happy when I was able to get more charmin. My husband gets all the other brands in his bathroom! I have two boys that have special needs. They are learning to take care of business on their own. I like keeping Charmin Ultra Soft on hand to make sure they get clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed by the Charmin toilet paper that I was selected to evaluate. The roll was much bigger than I was used to and the quality of the paper was far superior to any of the brands that I use. The texture was super soft and the sheets were very thick. This really is the nicest toilet paper that I have ever used, despite the fact that I frequently switch brands all the time.

The smaller size rolls are a big mistake from my point of view. I would willingly pay a higher price for the 'original' size. Maybe you could give your customers a choice if you are stuck on the smaller sheets. I will have to switch to a different brand if the smaller sheet is all I can get from you. Even if they are more expensive. You have removed a benefit from this product which in my view adversely affects its place as a high quality product, it is worth a lot less to me now.

I had used another brand exclusively (not Charmin) for many years after extensive "testing" and refused to use anything else. I loved that brand. I would go to certain stores that carried it just to buy it exclusively. I was convinced it was the best and only tp for me and my family. I am now totally switched in my opinion. I got my Bzz sample pack about a week ago. It has been a wonderful week! First, I am still on the first roll -- this it truly amazing, as usually I go through a roll about every 2-3 days. Second, it is the softest but strongest tp I have ever used. Other "soft" tp seems too mushy and not strong enough to me. But Charmin Ultra Soft has proved to me that you don't have to be rough to be strong! It is just so comfortable to use. I was a little worried at first when I saw the shape/size of the rolls. They are a little less wide but a little more full than the rolls I had been using. However, they fit fine and are no problem whatsoever. So I am now hooked on Charmin Ultra Soft. I just wish it had been around years ago when I did my "test". It really has changed my life in a little but important and comfortable way! Try it and see for yourself. I'm so glad I did.
