Have used ultra soft for many, many years. Recently it has become such thin paper that it tears and crumbles. Tried ultra strong and while it holds together better, it is so thin that we use more. The idea that "36 = 91" is a joke. I have not tried another brand yet, so don't know if I would recommend this product. It just might be the best available which is a sad commentary on quality of all toilet tissues that I have used in other bathrooms.

It feels great and gets the job done. It is softer and thicker than any other brand I have tried. I love the mega rolls because you don't run out as fast and you do not have to change the roll as often. I have a septic tank system and have never had a problem with this paper. Thanks to Charmin Ultra Soft I feel like I was on cloud 9. The quailty of the product is amazing. I use way less toliet paper then I do with Scott's or even Angel soft. I give this products two thumbs up. My two children have even noticed a difference in the switch. They love the way it makes the tush feel and they don't have to worry about a finger poking through (unlike some other brands).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought two package of six mega rolls and just love using the Charmin Ultra Soft . It is bad when the toilet paper do not measure up but Charmin does. The paper to be so soft is so very strong and does not cause any problems for the toilet.

I bought this product and used it once to blow my nose and your product smells like urine. Like someone has been constantly urinating in the batch process to make toilet paper! This was disgusting. I was trying to find the place on your website to make a complaint and your website is so confusing I could not find it! I used to work for P&G and am so disappointed in how difficult it is to find your customer complaint website.

But I am going to change my purchasing habits after sampling Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Rolls! Thank you Charmin for the free sample pack! They are such an improvement on store brands. First of all, they come in a roll that is tightly spun and larger than the regular rolls. I really didn't have to change rolls, or run out of paper at an importune time because the rolls were bigger, denser, and had more milage than the ordinary rolls. And, best of all, they were nice and soft. Some of the other brands tend to be either too thin to be effective with just a swipe or two, or they are as rough as cardboard! Not the Charmin. Just like Goldilocks said, "It's just RIGHT!"

The Charmin Ultra Soft rolls even last longer than our previous toilet paper. My children even made comments about it after they used it the first time.
