I love your product and have used it for years but your "new" narrower rolls will force me to find an alternate product. For heaven's sake, raise your price if you absolutely have to but don't compromise the quality of your product or your reputation!

I am disappointed to find Charmin TP is now a quarter of an inch more narrow. I would rather pay more for the product than for the company to be so underhanded by reducing the amount and charging the same price. It is simply not wide enough and you end up having to use more.

Once I received my Charmin sample, I immediately began to…well…SAMPLE it. Charmin Ultra Soft pampers you with super-softness. No scratchy sandpaper feeling on your delicate parts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TP is much softer than the average. It also seems a little thicker and allows you to get "it" all in less wipes and still feel very clean. My grandparents are interested in this because they have a septic tank at their home. Their typical TP is very thin as to not clog the tank. But they love the quality of this and the fact that it is septic safe was an awesome BONUS. I let them take 1 of the rolls home with them to try it out before purchasing to make sure it works with their system.

We love Charmin and normally go for the Extra Strong (!) but wanted to try the Ultra Soft again. It certainly is soft and a little goes a long way, so the economics of this product is good. I mean, you have to have TP, so you may as well get a good value and nice softness on your bum too.

I have kids and always went through toilet paper like crazy. I switched to charmin and don't plan to switch back. Well worth the money.

I purchase my charmin monthly and it out last other brand, it also is thick and absorbent wich is as always a plus for me when choosing a great toilet paper!

I really like softness in my toilet paper, but previously have experienced weakness issues with the softer versions of some toilet papers. This time it was different. This time I ued Charmun Ultra Soft and was treated with the best combination of softness and strength. Less is more and that saves money as well.
