It's going to be hard for me to choose between this one and the Charmin Strong, but I like this one because of how soft it is. I can use this in place of Kleenex without irritating my skin. Plus it doesn't shed, so it's above average for other soft tissues. I definitely think that this is a tissue contender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted to try the Charmin brand Ultrasoft Mega paper roll since it is said to very soft and clogfree and brand name Charmin so I recieved this product.It is superthick, soft and 2 ply which makes it last long than any other brand.Being a megaroll it saves my time and hassle of replacing rolls more often. I really like the thickness and the rolls are super super soft so my kids love it. These rolls are economical too since there are 4 rolls in one so less trips to store. All in all I love the Charmin Ultrasoft rolls and from now on I will be only buying these rolls. A big change to tissue paper rolls and a big Thank you to Charmin for coming up with this idea.

I am disappointed to find Charmin TP is now a quarter of an inch more narrow. I would rather pay more for the product than for the company to be so underhanded by reducing the amount and charging the same price. It is simply not wide enough and you end up having to use more.

Ultra soft is just that, soft. It goes a lot further also putting other brands to shame. I will continue to purchase this product.

I'd been using something not, let's say, quite as luxurious as Charmin. I'm pleased to report that it played well with my system! And not only that, my rear end had a nice reprieve as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was skeptical trying a new toilet paper brand. I mean....I've been using Scott for about 30 years. But I received my free 4-pack of Charmin Ultra Soft and I was like wow....this is really soft. Thus the name Ultra Soft. It's very thick and super soft - and I will just tell you - very strong. When it gets wet, it doesn't tear and holds up very well. It may take a while for me to unlearn my routine of how many sheets to tear off - because you truly don't need as many as I do with Scott. I do find that the roll runs out faster - but that may be because i'm using more than I need to use? Even if I don't continue using it as my main toilet paper brand, I think it would be great as a makeup remover or tissue to wipe my nose! It's that strong and soft. I may leave a roll where the tissue box is. Or maybe Charmin could create a facial tissue out of the same material! That would be awesome too!

My cons is regarding to uneven way to cut paper in every use because it's not good enough the cutting mark area.
