[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time Tempurpedic owner. I wasn't sure I wanted to go away from a traditional spring mattress. Enter the Hybrid. Lower back pain is gone. I don't wake up stiff anymore. If I stay anywhere else I miss this bed and can't wait to get home.

We ordered our split king pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress and adjustable base from a local distributor of tempurpedic products. The delayed delivery was over 4 weeks. We were told to expect the delivery the following week, however the wait time was over 4 weeks. We were never informed of the delay. and we did not get any communication from anyone about the delay. This delay and lack of communication was very disappointing . The mattress was set by our delivery person and that process was fine. He showed us how to use the remotes and explained the adjustable base to us. The biggest problem was the smell from the bed. After approximately 3 days my husband stated waking up with a head ache and dizziness. The longer he was out of bed the better his headache became. I did not have this problem, however the smell is very strong and irritating. We have been airing the bed daily and trying to tolerate the smell. We have been sleeping on the bed about 2 weeks. The mattress definitely feels much different than a traditional mattress. When I get into bed, I feel like I am sinking into the mattress and it seems to be hard to roll over during the night. My husband does not complain about this issue. Overall, the mattress is ok. For the price that we paid, I was expecting to fall in love with the bed, but I did not. My husband seems satisfied and states he is sleeping better. So for us, I don't think we would purchases this product again. We are still within the 90 day return window and have not decided if we will return. We also considered a sleep number bed.

The TempurPedic ProAdapt Firm mattress is as anticipated and we have not been disappointed with its purchase or the Power Base that we decided to go with this time around. Both are of excellent quality and have once again been providing a good night's sleep to both my wife and I.

I was sleeping on a 20+ year old mattress with a down mattress topper that was getting along in years also- needing a new bed I tried everything I could lay on. After going back to the same store 4 times I decided on the Pro adapt Hybrid because of the give and bounce from the springs and the promise of sleeping cooler with the cooling cover and the cooling layer. After sleeping on this bed for 3 weeks I was still very unsure of it, it didn't feel cushy enough and it is definitely not cooler (I sleep very warm). I recently spent the night at my brothers house sleeping on a firmer tempur-pedic and now my bed feels much more comfortable in comparison. So far so good, just really wish it was actually cooler and didn't hold the heat so drastically- even with cooling sheets. I'm really liking the comfort level at this point but my lower back pain and knee pain isn't much better. Fingers crossed for continual improvement the longer I sleep on it and get used to it. Just wish I loved it the way I wanted to love my new very expensive mattress.

I hadn't been sleeping on a tempur Pedic for a couple years and would wake up in absolute agony. Some mornings, I would have to crawl out of bed and hobble around, my back and hips screaming with each movement. Now that I am back to a Tempur Pedic, life is so good! No more pain, just restful, deep sleep! Thank you Tempur Pedic!

This mattress is comfortable and is almost firm enough for us. What brings it down from an A is we know that after 5-10 years this mattress that is already not firm enough will be even softer and uncomfortable. We were told this is the most firm mattress sold by Tempurpedic. :(

The Bed Store in Lenoir City gave us great service. Prior to making our decisions, we received excellent information on our various choices. The delivery was tailored to our schedule, went very smoothly, and the gentlemen were very careful with the new product as well as with the discarded mattress. We love the mattress and had no trouble adjusting to the firmness from day one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my Tempurpedic mattress and I'm sleeping better than ever. My matress is firm, yet comfortable and supportive. I wake up refreshed and happy. It is simply the best purchase I have ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been able to sleep and not wake up with severe back pain. I don't like how high the bed is but they all are that way now. (I'm short) I have an adjustable base and I don't like that the mattress slides.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever.
