We purchased from Kathy at the Uptown location. She was one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. So kind and non-pressuring. She gave us plenty of time to explore all the mattresses and had answers to all our questions. We chose the king pro adapt medium hybrid and the smart adjustable base. I fell in love with it in the showroom, and I will say it took me about 2-3 weeks to adjust, but there was a night and morning where my husband woke and asked me, "Did you wake last night?" That was when we both realized we had been sleeping through the night for the past few days. WOW! What a different that makes in your everyday life. This mattress is absolutely amazing. So comfortable but supportive in just the right areas. I suffer from low back problems and can have restless legs from time to time. The zero G with slightly lower head works so well for my back and legs. So worth the price tag!!!

Not an easy process to file a mattress claim. You will be denied unless "there are 3/4" (inch) or greater visible indentations". Proper forms and photos were sent. Mattress is 2 years old. It's a lot of trouble to get nothing in return. The standard I paid for is not the standard of service I received . Claim was denied. Make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and will get for the huge amount of money you will spend for a mattress .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have slept on this mattress approximately three weeks now and all I can say is wow. Going from a coil mattress for 25 years to an all foam mattress was the best decision I ever made. Was a little skeptical going with the soft over the medium mattress but glad I went with soft. It is very cozy and comfortable. I wake up refreshed and better than ever thanks to my new Tempur-Pedic! The only negative would be the price but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied and see myself buying Tempur-Pedic mattresses going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Tempur-pedic for many years and wanted to upgrade to a king size, originally we went with a different brand of memory foam mattress and hated it, the worst sleep I've ever gotten and that was including floors and sofas I've slept on. So we went back to our old faithful Tempurpedic and couldn't be happier!

I purchased the soft model of this mattress because I don't like firm and I have the mattress for almost 4 weeks now and it's still so firm they told me to give some time to adjust but I have more back pain ever sense I start sleeping on it. This mattress plus base cost over $4k and it's not comfortable at all will definitely return it.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. After looking at several mattresses, I bought the firm pro-adapt mattress. It is very firm but I have read that as you use it, it will get softer. I like it but it is very different compared to the other mattresses I have owned. I am still getting used to it. It is very pricey but hope to fall in love with it as I sleep on it.

I love the feel of the bed but it's too hot. I had to use a mattress pad to give me an extra layer between myself and the bed. It did change the feel of the mattress a little, it's firmer but that's ok. I'll sleep on it a few years and I'll probably get something else. I won't get a memory foam bed again.

This is our second Temper-Pedic bed system. Prior to this we had a king size mattress with a flat box base. Recently, I required two knee replacements. Replacing our single king size mattress with two side by side twin size mattreses with independant adjustable bases provided my dear wife and I with a bed system which helped my knee rehab without disturbing her.
