Extremely happy with light tan colored 4 Piece Breck Members Mark Patio Set. Love the fire pit table. Nice flame. Beautiful stones. Cover was scratched and a quick call to customer service produced a replacement cover being sent ASAP. Cushions comfortable and sturdy. Great purchase!

Furniture set is high quality, beautiful & very comfortable. The 2 chairs are rockers & swivel capable; easy to turn & face your guests. Highly recommend!

Amazing set. Love the color, thick rattan and glider chairs. Only thing I would change is make the couch longer and lower back but it is super comfortable. We love it!

Good value. Construction seems solid. Comfortable. Easy assembly of fire table...no other assembly required. Igniter does not seem to work, but not really an issue to us.

I love this set!! Easy to set up as all is together except a few pieces on the fire pit..very comfortable & beautiful..every piece comes with a cover which I love as well!!

We are very pleased with the furniture which seems to be very good quality. Our only complaint is with the poor communication regarding arrangement of pick up. Whomever communicated with us that it was ready for pick up didn’t inform those in the store warehouse which resulted in confusion and longer wait time.

The deep seating for the Breck 4-piece set is where it's at! This set is so comfortable, and I'm in love with th swivel rocking chair. The firepit table top is constructed out of porcelain tile and is very astetically pleasing. The deep seating makes you want to hang out in these seats all day or night!

Love the color of the wicker on this sectional as it's more natural! The cushions are soft and comfortable but seem like they will last outside a while. I love the smaller table with the fire pit as it is a focal point to gather around but could fit on a lot more porches. I'm a huge fan of the swivel rocking chairs in this set... SO comfy I could melt in them.

I write a lot of not funded reviews. This one is a mess. The set is gorgeous. However, it all sits useless on my back porch because the metal tray that holds the fire pipe and large amount of clear manufactured 'stones' is a fraction too big for it to be seated correctly and connected. I have called and emailed and it is useless...for some odd reason Member Special Services has not called emailed me back. All I need is one replacement part (the black trey)? OR, guess they could come pick up the sadly useless set. Except that is someone elses option! Second, the set comes in a 335 lbs HUGE / gargantuious sized unmanageble double pallet box that is drop shipped in your front yard or driveway. Sams delivery for this item is drop only / no signature! The logistics folks do not help anyone including a 62 year old woman! What is SamsClub thinking? The set is very a gorgeous expensive equality in line with their other large / expesnive items I have purchased this year on a full home furniture series of purchased items. Just need the black metal tray to fit to the VERY heavy firepit top and then everything would be perfect! Why no one calls or better yet emails back? I have no idea. I've chatted online 2 times. Called customer service 2 times. The other options is to use a metal grinder to shave off a tiny spot less than 1/16th of an inch and HOPE it does not ruin the color coating or chip the metal? I opted no to a friend doing that. Instead have attempted for the 4th time yesterday with Sams to inquire about the single replacement piece. Perhaps I drew the one short straw in thousands of deliveries? If I try to fix it - Then the warranty is void. Samsclub?! A little help please for an old retired veteran who buys tens of thousands of products from you annually. Guess buyer beware that this one part is a problem. Again, the overall set is of high quality we all love from all things Samsclub! My go to store. This is written to get the attention of product support at Sams and Sams in house product buyers that there is a critial fail point on the manufacturing of this one part that is supposed to house the fire in firepit. NOT GOOD safety. My guess is I am not the only one with this issue. Never had this customer service problem. And, 4 contact points to Samsclub for help - should be enough. Please help me obtain a new black metal trey piece as requested 2 weeks ago. Thanks for your attention. Good luck with quality control too. I strongl dislike writing bad reviews and rarely do!
