My husband and I have a two year old daughter that still sleeps with us and a french Bulldog.. we had a queen mattress prior and there was absolutely not enough room for everyone. Our Tempur-Pedic-Adapt kIng size has so much room for everyone to sleep so well. This was the best investment we have made and wake up feeling rested every morning. Yay!

We purchased the adapt mattress with an ease zero gravity frame and it's been less than a year. We called the retailer for a warranty claim and got the run around through them after a couple months we were told we needed to call the manufacture After more run around I was told it would not be covered buy warranty because to Tempur-Pedic it sounded like a comfortably issue. Pryor to getting this bed neither my wife or me we're having back pain now we get at max 2 hrs of sleep a night with out have to adjust to another position most of the time she goes out on the couch. I have recently had to start going to the a chiropractor to help with the pain. Very poor customer service and poor quality product No stars and will never recommend to anyone. I know I'm wasting my time with this review I'm sure it will never be seen by the public.

We're sleeping very well after our purchase. Super stoked Magdi Ahmed was patient with us while we were in the La Jolla store. He educated us about the different beds and let us try all the beds before we made our decision. He was also knowledgeable about which pillows worked well with sleeping positions and mattress style, very helpful. So far we are very pleased with our decision to buy a Tempurpedic!

I'd always assumed that I would hate a Tepur-pedic mattress as I'm not a big fan of memory foam type of pillows/mattresses. But I absolutely LOVE this mattress!! And the pillow that came with it at the time of purchase. I really feel like my body is supported in a custom way. I'm a side sleeper, and this mattress feels like it is cradling my hip and shoulder. There was a big of a smell for the first week or so but very mild. The only negative thing I have to mention is that a salesperson sold us a different brand mattress protector (not Tempur-pedic) that was pretty awful. It made the bed feel too warm. I then purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress protector and that took care of the temperature issue. Seriously, I wish I had bought this mattress years ago. Am sleeping better and waking up less stiff. Totally worth the money!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i used to love soft mattresses but found that i would wake up with back or hip pain more and more. my wife suggested we try the tempurpedic and i was hesitant as i never thought i was a fan of the memory foam/firm mattress. boy was i wrong! We have had it for 7 months and i am having the best sleeps of my life, i no longer have any pain in the morning and i wake up feeling incredriblely refreshed and rested. Couldnt recommened this bed highly enough

I have had my mattress now for almost 3 months. I was super picky I didn't want to buy one too soft and not too firm. I have to admit I do not wake up with any back pain. But I am a side sleeper and toss a lot. It took about a month to really get used to sleeping on it. My complaints are that I do wake up with shoulder pain or stiffness. I also get very hot! I love how comfy it is but I MUST fix this temp problem. Looking to buy a gel foam topper. Wish me luck.

My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems I called the number for Tempurpedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since i did not buy the mattress direct from Tempurpedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufcturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempurpedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempurpedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempurpedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this mattress in the store and it was the one we liked the most. I ordered it online because I could get it sooner and it came with $300 credit toward sheets, which I also bought. I love the sheets, they're really soft after washing. But the mattress just doesn't seem right for us. We wake up with neck and back pain. Its only been a week and a half, so I'm hoping that we are still breaking it in because they said it could take up to a month to properly break in a mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a more traditional coil spring bed. After a long time looking, I for this bed and fell in love. It helps relieve the joint pain I suffer from. I also love the ergo base i got with it. Perfect combo for me! The one down side is that this bed does sleep hot and I am a hot sleeper to begin with.

I am utterly disappointed! This mattress is hard as a brick. They billed it as "if you love the original, this one is for you". This is nothing like the original I purchased in 2003. The tempur material in the 2003 mattress was much thicker than this one. And overall comfort was better than 10 out of 10. I LOVED that original mattress and convinced many people to purchase it. This one is cheap and hard. I will give it time to soften but if it doesn't I am returning it. So disappointed
