I purchased this mattress with the two free "ADAPT PRO MID COOLING PILLOWS," which also perform equally well. If you get this mattress, it's a no brainer,,, then you MUST also get the matching technology pillows !!! I got mine free also with a free mattress pad. Why sleep on your old flat worn out pillow? I usually flip mine over if I wake up to feel that fresh coolness every time. If you have been having trouble sleeping on a worn out mattress then this one is for you. A medium firmness is good enough for just about everybody. I am a side sleeper and this product works great for me. Settle in and fall asleep instantly. I love these mattresses. I had hoped the Adapt Medium would be similar to the mattress I bought 13 years ago -- I loved how firm it was. This Medium is softer, which probably is what 99% of the population wants. I preferred the super firmness of the older model. However, it's still a wonderful mattress that gives me very comfortable sleep.

My husband was reluctant to spend more than $500-$950 for a mattress that one needs to replace every 10 years, if not before. With our Tempurpedic's warranty, and the amazing sleep comfort, he's among your greatest fans! I needed 2-3 days to adjust To our new mattress and now I'm enjoying comfy, sound sleep.

I've owned my Adapt for a little less than 3 years. It is currently sitting on a support system rated to hold up under 500 pounds on each side. The mattress has gone nearly flat under weight in the mid section creating a lot of back pain for both my wife and I. We put in for a warranty claim and were turned down because we didn't have their base under it. The mattress was great while it lasted (a year before I started having issues and 2 and a half years for my wife), however, for the increased price of the mattress plus the support system required for it to not fall apart is too high in comparison to cheaper mattresses that are just as comfortable and last longer without the additional cost of a high tech support system.

I got the medium. Soft hurt my back. Got the tilting frame too. I like to be able to raise my head because of heart burn. After 3 weeks, it's just okay. Not life changing. I kinda wish I had got another bed I liked at the same store. My daughter has a tempur and likes hers. So I decided to try one too. It's just not what I was hoping for.

I cannot get out of the bed. And my spouse cannot turn over in bed. The bed is not the same like the one at the store. It it very uncomfortable and it hurts are back. I've tried calling the store to see what I need to do to return them and they say I have to wait 45 days. I've contacted your company and was told to contact the store I bought them from. I hate this mattress and cannot wait to return it

We were very reluctant to purchase a mattress at this price but we are SO HAPPY we did!!! I went from waking up in pain everyday and not feeling like I had slept a wink. To not wanting to get out of bed in the morning! This bed is the best thing that has happened to us!

Two shoulder surgery... Back surgery.. Thrashed neck... trying all i can to never fuse my cervical. Fast furious fun life... Haven't had a decent night sleep in 15 years... This mattress is without question the has changed my life... I sleep better than i ever have in my entire adult life!!!!

We are enjoying our new medium hybrid mattress. It is very comfortable and luxurious. My only issue it is impossible to find fitted sheets with an 11" pocket. Most sheets are 10-15 inches which means you cannot make a taut bed. This would be a problem for any split king mattress, not just Tempur pedic.

My husband has an acid reflux and the head elevation helps him sleep better. The massage and zero gravity features are great especially when you're feeling tired. So far we've been using the bed for almost a month now and I don't find anything wrong with it. It's comfortable and easy to use.
