The tape depenser makes it a chore to use the tape. It needs some human engineering. How about a easy to use sturdy dispenser that you keep and buy just the tape once the dispenser is purchased

Purchased last night and when I got it home, discovered there was no metal cutting strip. I needed to ship a package, so I used the tape anyway, cutting it off with scissors.

I have to open, inspect, and re-tape many packages a day at work. I bought this dispenser and tape to make the job better, and it has reduced time on each piece and made me more effective at my job. I love this product!
