[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3M packing tape is the sturdiest tape I've ever used. It was easy to get started on the roll. It comes with its own cutter so you don't have to use scissors. I highly recommend this tape for your toughest packaging needs.

Great for shipping boxes, covering paper like a lamination, arts & crafts and a tons of other uses (like taping cords to the wall, if your cat is a cord chewer; or covering up ripped up carpet [thanks, cat!] so you can go over the area with a vacuum without snagging carpet). I'm not sure what I would do without the value, reliability and effectiveness of Scotch® Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use the Heavy Duty Packing Tape to repackage purchases for return shipping. For that purpose it works great. It seals securely and I trust the seal will hold through all the handling of shippers. As long as the tape stays fed through the dispenser, all is good. If the end slips out and the tape sticks back to itself, it is difficult to peel up again in one piece.

It helps to keep the tape straight so I can tape my boxes together for shipping. I know that when I use this tape I can be sure that the package I'm sending will not come open.

I'm using a roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape that I received as a sample to review, and highly recommend it. It easily dispenses and does not rip or tear coming off the roll. I am confident my packages will arrive sealed and secure. Tape is not Tape: go with the good stuff . . .
