I bought the Large first because that is what I usually wear, and the size on the package matched my waist size. I'm 6' and 180 lbs. and the large wound up being way too small. Too short and tight around the waist. I went back and got the XL, and they were too loose around the waist and still too short, and loose around the ankles. If you wear a 32” inseam these will be way too short.

They are not made of 100 percent cotton ,they don't keep anything warm ,I ride motorcycles all year long I expected 100 percent cotton , I won't buy them again ever

Bought these last year and while they are good for a thin base layer, make sure you have safety pins - I wear them under my overalls and the waist falls down around my knees! The elastic in the waistband isn't much good.
