This is a great lunch box for our daughter but the hinge has broken on 2 of ours so far. The company is fantastic to honor their warranty and have made replacing it extremely easy.

Absolutely love the Kids Chill boxes! And being able to order additional ice trays so I always have one in the freezer is great. These lunchboxes are the perfect size and the individual compartments make packing lunch a breeze!

We had 4 lunch boxes rotating with daily use and washing. All of them eventually and fairly quickly got mold in the seal like several reviews say. Now we’ve got all the interior parts and there doesn’t appear to be a way to replace the outer shell.

Bought this for my son entering kindergarten and it has been a great backpack. It’s the perfect size for him and I love the built-in insulated lunchbox part that fit his Bentgo lunch boxes perfectly. Everything has a spot with all the compartments.

We had a defect with ours but they replaced it immediately. I love the chill piece. It keeps my daughter's lunch cold longer than just regular ice packs in her lunchbox. Nice compact design also.

I love the bigger compartments in this kid’s bentgo. Also the addition of the optional ice pack is great. We choose to hand wash and it’s easy to wipe down.
