We had 4 lunch boxes rotating with daily use and washing. All of them eventually and fairly quickly got mold in the seal like several reviews say. Now we’ve got all the interior parts and there doesn’t appear to be a way to replace the outer shell.

I bought this lunch box for my daughter for Kindergarten. She loves it and has recieved many compliments. Her teacher suggested them to other parents as well! Great product and great customer service as well if any issues.

Amazing lunch box that keeps food cool until lunch, I was super sad when I melted the cover on the hot stove. When I was unable to buy a replacement, Abby from customer service was able to assist!

This is perfect for my little to take to daycare each day. I don’t have to worry about it being refrigerated and it lasts all day. I don’t know what I would do without it.

I had an issue with the seal on my box I had recently purchased, customer service was very responsive and sent out a new box shortly after we worked out details!

My daughter loves her lunch box and loves that it keeps her food chilled till she goes to lunch at 2p in High School, so it stays chilled on those long days. She hates when we forget to place the ice pack in the freezer so we purchased 3!

My family loves the Bentgo Chill lunchboxes! My kids are 8 and 6. We have been using Bentgo since they were 2 years old! The chill keeps food cold and fresh. Genius!

My daughter likes her backpack so much especially the chest buckle. It really helps her keep the straps in place for a little girl. When the backpack pocket ripped, customer service was very helpful in issuing a replacement.
