[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for my 6 year old’s school lunch and it’s perfect. I love that you can freeze the tray for an ice pack. It’s easy for him to open on his own, which is important. He does struggle to close it though, but we’ll figure it out. The compartments are a good size and I like how securely it closes.

This is a great size for my preschool, she uses it every day. She also prefers to use the removable tray so that she can eat her lunch with the heavy top falling down. We are really disappointed that this lunch box is prone to mold, even after hand washing and using several types of cleaners. I wish that was better.

We bought a few of these a year ago and after a little while, it became impossible to get all four sides of top to snap shut. I can usually get 3 sides snapped if I spend a minute to do so, but the last side never fully shuts. We have taken care of it the way instructions note (too rack dishwasher safe). The issue is that, food items/liquid spill out since it can’t be completely shut. When my kid returns from daycare, the backpack is completely covered in food and has to be washed because the box couldnt be closed shut. So, not worth it-especially at the high price tag.

When I first received the item I was excited to use it but after a month mold starting growing rapidly on the snack and lunchbox. I followed all cleaning instructions to try to get rid of it. Vinegar/bleach and water hand washed. I really do like the box and it keeps food cold for a lone time.Customer service is excellent.

I am so happy I found this product. I bought two of them for my son's daycare and they are been a great investment. They are easy to clean and have plenty of space for every meal. It is easy to throw the ice pack in the freezer each night and have it ready the next day. I can't use the fridge at daycare so these have been amazing. They are secure and haven't failed me yet.

As a new dad I didn't know where to go for a lunch box. You always want the best for your child, right? Well, lunch boxes have changed since I was a kid and I was recommended Bentgo. The box is a great size, the chill feature works well, and I'm glad we went with this box. Plus, with kids - it can fall and you don't have to worry about it breaking or everything going everywhere. I'm happy with the purchase. Not to mention, there's a great 2 year warranty. We had a small issue, called them up, and in less than a few minute phone call - we were taken care of it.

We've been absolutely in love with the 2-in-1 Bentgo Backpack! 🎒😄 This backpack has been an absolute game-changer for my boys. Not only does it have all the compartments and space I need for their daily essentials, but that extra waterproof/lunch box compartment is a stroke of genius! I can confidently toss in their water bottles or any damp items, knowing they're safe and dry in their own little sanctuary. It's like having a cozy raincoat for their belongings! I bought my daughter a Bentgo Kids Chill back in August based on all the amazing reviews. Let me say, I’m not sure it’s worth all the hype. The food stays room temperature (or cool-ish when you include the freeze pack) and the seals are not that great, compartments leak into one another.

This is a nice backpack. Design is attractive. Bottom storage didn’t work out because items would fall out or items crushed since kids did not always use lunch container. Although, it was a smart innovative way of saving kids/parents energy of looking for additional lunch bag, it didn’t work out well for me. I recommend another alternative for insulated section either on top or in front separate compartment. This is a photo after it has been used. Held up pretty well.

We bought 2 backpacks and two lunch cases for our twins. We love the lunch cases and also the size of the pockets in the bag. The only complaint we have is one bag ripped where the velcro is. Thankfully customer service is helping us with a replacement!
