This is such a clever and simple way to ensure my kids are getting the appropriate portions of healthy food in a school day and that out will be fresh when they get to it at lunchtime! Bonus, bentgo customer care is an awesome team to experience. We had an issue with our first purchase and they were more than helpful in resolving our concerns!

I bought this for my son and it is adorable. The first Bentgo chill box we received had a problem with the latch but Michael in customer service was helpful and pleasant. He resolved the issue immediately and sent out a new one. Not only am I pleased with the product but glad the company provides such effective customer service. Thank you!

Our kids love these lunch boxes. It’s the perfect size for packing lunch or snacks for school and also to take in the car on road trips. I love the size of the different compartments. Originally I received a lunchbox that didn’t latch very securely, but customer support was highly responsive and quickly worked with me to replace it. Highly recommend both the lunch box and the company.

This bentgo box is great, but unfortunately the box won’t close properly and keeps opening. I love the idea of keeping my sons food cool, but it makes a mess for him in his lunch bag. Hopefully it’s only a defect and I can get a proper replace ment.

Love the lunch boxes especially the built in ice pack. The only thing is when I put yogurt in there for my son, he brought it back with yogurt all inside. So I was told to add plastic Saran Wrap. And it worked :) also mold will grow in if you don’t dry completely, so remember dry completely before storing.

When I first received the item I was excited to use it but after a month mold starting growing rapidly on the snack and lunchbox. I followed all cleaning instructions to try to get rid of it. Vinegar/bleach and water hand washed. I really do like the box and it keeps food cold for a lone time.Customer service is excellent.

I love the idea of this box with the ice pack. My pre-k daughter used this for the first time and I was quite disappointed that the ice pack didn’t stay cold very long. Our daughter did not want to eat her warm cheese slices with crackers. Luckily the other items didn’t need too much of a chill to them.

The Bentgo Chill has been a wonderful addition to our ever growing Bentgo collection. It keeps items chilled just right for my daughter who doesn’t like certain things at room temperature. The compartments are also sized just right for us as a snack container, fruit/veg/cheese.

This lunchbox is a lifesaver. I hate making my kids lunches. This school year they asked for a Bentgo box so I decided to give them a try. My kids love preparing their lunch. Everything is in one box, all I have to do is throw it in their lunch bag and we are out the door. These boxes are such a time saver!

I love the joyful colors and design. It’s bigger than I thought for my current needs but the extra space will certainly become essential as my almost 3 year old needs to haul more things. I just got it so can’t say but the fabric feels and seems easy to clean. The lunch box compartment fits more than a the lunchbox (utensils, a whole apple?) My kid gasped when she saw it (so cute) She approves. Oh and lots of pockets inside (essential)
