Just bought the bentgo box chill for my preschooler, haven’t had for more than a month and it’s already warped. It won’t close. I followed dishwasher instructions for inserts to shelve and hand wash exterior. Added photo of box “closed” Very disappointed I need to buy a new one already.

My daughter has been using this since she was 13 months old. She knows how to open and close it and loves opening it herself. I especially love how I can pack her various foods and nothing touches (we all know how kids don’t like food touching) 10/10 product!

I loved it until I couldn’t use anymore due to the ice pack not fitting. I got maybe four months out of it. One day, I just couldn’t fasten it. The ice pack seemed warped. I expected to get to the end of the school year, not have to purchase a new lunch box.

We have used this bentgo chill lunch box off and on for my daughter’s school lunches, but noticed that recently the hinges on the lunch box had broken. Sadly, we weren’t able to use it anymore. Hoping to be able to replace with the warranty offered from bentgo.

We ordered this backpack with the matching bottle, and our son loves the design (Shark). The backpack fits well, and our son enjoys taking it to Kindergarten every day. He also recommended it to his friends! So far, everything seems to be just what we were looking for! Great product and support!

Being first-time schoolgoers, we weren't sure what lunchbox would work best for us. So we decided to try the Bentgo chill, which has been great. The compartments are a great size for my preschooler's lunch and keep lunch nice and cool throughout the day. In addition, the Bentgo chill compartments provide enough space to fill with plenty of healthy food. We especially like the compact size of this lunch box, which makes it easy for our little one to carry on her own in her Bentgo Bag.

We have been a Bentgo family for years, and were excited to upgrade to the chill boxes once my daughter started school. The ice pack keeps my daughters lunch cold from the start of our day, through lunch, and is still cold when we return home! I can't recommend this product enough!

Overall great quality. The tray and ice pack comes off for easy cleaning and the ice pack keeps the food fresh and warmer days. I wish the seal on the lid is removable so I could replace it instead of getting a new lunchbox. The lunchbox is a bit heavy for a four year old

You can fit a lot of food in here, I really like the separate compartments, and mainly IT DOESN’T LEAK! Which is amazing. We also love not having to deal with missing food storage container lids, very convenient. I would love to be able to buy multiple ice packs to freeze so that they’re ready to go each morning. Very happy with this.
