Although these held up through the entire school year, they don't even fit a folder in them correctly! Very disappointing design for such an expensive bag.

The backpack has many pockets and well functioning zippers. Made of good durable quality with good enforcement stitching. Love that also has the insulated pocket for matching bentgo box! The print is also vibrant and colorful. I believe it would last for many years. We love it!!

My children had a non ice pack model that lasted for 3 years and was used daily. We purchased these for this school year. It is difficult to close and open. My first grader was able to independently open and close the other model and now she has to ask for help daily. Not the independence I want to foster. I appreciate that the ice pack can be reused, but I wouldn’t purchase again…especially for the price.

I’ve been using bentgo for my daughters lunches for 3 years now. I love the that I don’t have to send her lunch in multiple containers or plastic baggies! I Just purchased this two pack. I love the built in ice pack, it keeps everything nice and chill which is especially great on those hot days.

The one we got is too small. The compartments are tiny and better suited to a toddler than a 5-year-old or school-age kid. I love the functionality and the look of this and am really disappointed that we can only use it for snacks. We will be looking for something bigger and trying to find a thermos as well.

This lunch box is very difficult to clean.the lid has mold and I have tried bleach and many soaps and scrubbed throughly. It will not go away. Keep in mind we thoroughly wash it as soon as it comes home from school and the mold appeared while being stored for vacation.

A perfect, durable “lunch box” for my toddler. It makes it so easy to pack a healthy snack while we are out all morning or afternoon. Food stays cold for hours. I especially love the removable compartments to change the sizes of the boxes depending on what snacks we pack that day. I love the hard shell to throw in the car, bottom of the stroller, or even a backpack. It’s thin enough to fit easily anywhere along all the other stuff that comes with kids. Highly recommend purchasing a few of these!

We haven't used this just yet as we bought it for the upcoming school year, but so far seems to be a great product. The backpack storage is a bit shorter than a usual backpack because of the built in lunch box, but this will be fine for my daughter as she's only going into kindergarten. However, I could see that being an issue for an older kid who may have more materials and books on a daily basis

I love the Bentgo Kids Chill Lunch Box - it seems to be locked-tight so food does not move from one section to the other while closed. The chill pack works great to keep everything cool until lunch. I appreciate that the compartmentalized tray can be put in the dishwasher, but PLEASE, please make the outer shell dishwasher safe, as well! The inside top of the outer shell is hand-wash only and it gets very messy from all of the foods touching the top/lid. It is very hard/awkward to wash with the hinge and clasp there.

Excellent quality and very well-made. Beautiful color choices. I wish it were easier to open and close for younger kids. I have a 6 year old grandchild who I bought this for uses this box and loves it however, she does have trouble that’s so much with opening, but in closing it.
