We have had the fossil backpack for 2 years now. My son has used it for pre-k and kindergarten. It has held up through all of his adventures. He is a tiny guy, so the backpack looks huge on him but with the buckle in the front, he manages it just fine. The extra padded straps give him comfort for carrying heavy loads. Which is usually just extra clothes. His folder does get bent a little, so when he gets into higher grades and has to carry more books, it may not fit well. But for now, it works great for us. It has been reliable and functional for the last 2 years. We will be reusing it next year as well. The lunch box compartment on the bottom really helps him have less to carry, which is important. It is also big enough to throw in extra snacks that will not fit in the lunchbox. They do occasionally get squished as there is no support on the bottom but they are just extra snacks and he doesn't mind. We really love this booking.

Tray lifts with the lid! I bought two of these for my boys to use on our vacation. Well guess what? I could’t open the dang thing because the trays got stuck with the lid and won’t open. I packed fruits and snacks to the beach never got to eat them. My husband had to force it to open when we got back to the hotel.

This little lunchboxes are awesome. My kids love how easy they are to open and close. No accidents with leaking.

This is my second one to purchase for my second child. First one held up well for the school year and it was easy for her get open.

My oh my, this has got to be one of the best bento box out there! Love the compartments, easy for kids to open, and it has ice pack built in!

My grandson loves that his Bento kids chill lunch box is so compact! It easily fits in his backpack and hardly adds any weight!

Good quality but does not fit in school cubby and they take out their lunch box so it defeats the purpose

We already had the bentgo kids containers and now it's great having a backpack to put it in. And my son loves the sharks!

This lunchbox has made meals on the go so easy! We love the icepack built into the design and it has made for a really fun transition back to school.

I love the design and various compartments. However, with the chill pack, the container is heavy for smaller kids.
