My husband works outdoors and his cloths are hard to keep fresh, this stuff worked like a charm. I also used it on my dog's blanket and it smelled like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving this I was ready to see what it could do. It has a light scent that isn’t overwhelming. I like that it was able to get the “Teenage Boy Funk” smell, and other odor out of my clothes. The great smell however didn’t last after drying the clothes. I happen to like stronger scents, for those that don’t, I think you’d enjoy this! This does remove any bad odor. I will definitely continue to use this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton has a light scent. I used as directed. I put this in my rinse cycle cup. After my clothes finished I took them out and boy to my surprise and nose, my clothes smelt amazing and clean. It seems to me that this rinse aid made my clothes feel soft. Not only did my clothes feel completely clean but I felt it protected my fabrics as well. Downy did a fantastic job with this rinse aid! I'm now on the hunt for more!! I dried my clothes and again, clothes still felt soft, smells clean, and I had minimal wrinkles!! Not only that but this made my clothes static free!! I'm totally in love with this Downy rinse! I felt no residue from this Downy like some competitive companies rinse agent. This is the best stuff! Would love to see a whole line of this product!! Highly recommend!!

I love the smell and it works great. My complaint is the bottle that it comes in. It is hard to hold. It's flimsy and if you squeeze too hard, it spills and the bottle becomes sticky. Also it needs to have a measure cap to go with it. I cant tell when half my dispenser is full. but other than that. i love the smell. i will still buy it

We like the Downy Crystals a lot but they are a bit expensive so we decided to try this. The day after using is, the laundry room had a bad odor. I noticed every time we used it the laundry room smelled bad the next day. If I did not use it, no smell. Almost like a sewer small.
