The laundry smells so clean and fresh even days later. I love the spout and close top to prevent over pouring and spills. I don't think I can do laundry without this addition now.

I love using it in my husbands work clothes. It has his clothes smelling good and fresh. With the weather warming up and us sweating more our clothes start to get that sweaty smell. This came right on time. It is very easy to use and the instructions are very straightforward . I love that it is safe on all fabrics. It hasn't cause any allergic reactions and is good with sensitive skin. The packaging is nice and it's a very decent size. Highly recommend.

This product is so much nicer to use for me then fabric softener as the fabric softener builds up in my washer. This I get the nice fresh smell of Downey without all the gunk in my washer! I used it on a load of colorful clothes and it works completely fine, it doesn't dye or bleach my clothes. It effectively eliminates odors and makes my clothes smell decently good. I used a bit too much and would recommend mixing this 50:50 with a normal fabric softener for more balanced results.

You just put your laundry and detergent in the washer like usual and then add the fabric Rinse where you normally put your liquid fabric softener. I used it on my daughter's sweetshirts, and they came out smelling fresh. It works well on getting odors out of outdoor work clothes,workout outfits, smelly towels,and socks. Everything came out fresh!

You can put it where you put softener dispenser.  Additionally a little bit goes along the way .. I had clothes with a strong stench and it removed it .  I use this product a lot on my undergarments and socks  and let me tell you it really works

Downy knew what they were doing with this product because it just makes sense after using it once. I have a commercial size washing machine at home, which washes a ton of towels at one time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Downy Rinse & Refresh Cool Cotton is a must have because it's a very unique laundry product that I've added into our laundry care routine. This product simply works by stripping away any build up and unpleasant odors directly from within the fabrics rather than just coating or masking them like it would with a traditional fabric softener. I used this on my son's shirt that he wears to work in at a local restaurant as it gets all kinds of odors on it that seem to be stuck into the fabric itself and won't come out with just the regular washing cycle and laundry detergent, then towels, bedsheets and etc. I thought why not simply test everything just to see how it would work for everything. I love the design on the bottle as it's sleek, simple design and easy to pour - you just simply pour this into the fabric softener spot in the washing machine. However don't use it along side a fabric softener, you just need this product to do the job. The scent of the product is noticeable over the laundry detergent used but it's not an over-powerful smell. I'm happy that now the laundry actually feels and smells clean after each washing is done. No more unpleasant odors, funky smells or residues left from them not getting as clean as it should be from a regular laundry routine. I can't imagine not using this product in each laundry cycle.
