She has incontinence issues and this is the best product I have found to get rid of the odor and leave a wonderful scent. It is not overpowering and does not leave a residue on your clothing when it is dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally use fabric softener, but I was interested in trying this product because it works differently and helps remove residue and odors. I have tried vinegar for that purpose, but it leaves a slight smell behind. I am so impressed with this product. It has a scent in the bottle that is a bit perfumey, but it leaves the laundry with an amazingly natural fresh scent. I use unscented detergent, so that is all the effect of this fabric rinse. I also noticed my clothes look very clean, and my son's school shirts look a bit brighter. This will be great for when I leave towels sitting too long too. The only thing that I think could be improved is that the bottle opening is a bit wide, so I have to be careful pouring it into my narrow fabric softener compartment. I think it would also be hard to pour into a Downy ball, which is another dispensing option. Also, the bottle doesn't say how much to use. I had to scan a code and watch a video to learn that the amount varies depending on the load size and laundry odors, but I would have liked some clearer guidelines or examples. I will definitely be buying this in the future. This is an innovative new product, and I highly recommend trying it.

I poured just a little in the cap and poured it into the softener spot and my blankets smelled amazing. They even smell good days later. A little went a long way for us but if you want stronger smell use more liquid.

We use liquid laundry soap,fabric softener, etc. I saw this new product and I knew that I had to try it. It leaves my clothes clean, fresh,soft and smells amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now used this downy rinse and refresh in 4 loads of laundry. Each load of laundry has come out soft and fresh without the waxy feeling normal softners leave behind. So far it hasn't bothered any of our sensitive skin either!! I do wish the directions were more clean on how much of the product you should use per load. I use about 2 tbsp in each load and it seems to do the trick but I am sure more may be needed for extra large loads. I look forward to using this on loads that need extra odor fighting power and the extra boost.

With back to back heat waves, plus our outdoor activities, our clothes get sweaty and stinky. I often go in for that 2nd wash, wasting water in a time when we should be saving it. I was thrilled to give this a try - and even more so when it worked. 1 wash was all it took to make my outdoor clothes smell fresh. And for someone who is scent sensitive, I loved the scent.

Absolutely love this product! Washed kitchen and bathroom linens in the sample I received and was amazed. Everything just seemed so clean and smelled amazing. My linens actually felt lighter and looked so much brighter. The smell is nice but not overwhelming and it did not bother my skin or sinuses as I am sensitive to many product. So very glad I tried this!

I used this for the first time and I could tell the difference then my regular fabric softener, this product was amazing. The scent is wonderful, not overwhelming at all. I love that this product removes unwanted odors from my clothes.
