[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I didn’t notice a difference when I did my laundry and used this. I used it on a couple of different loads, small ones, towels, large ones, and just everything smelled the same to me. Not sure if maybe it’s just my machine.

It left my clothes feeling wonderfully soft and didn't leave any residue on them at all. I loved the fresh and clean fragrance as well. I was very pleased with this product and this is definitely something I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a longtime lover of the Downy brand and was really excited to try the Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton fabric rinse. With a houseful of kids who play sports, we always have smelly and dirty clothes to wash. This rinse is a clear, slightly foaming liquid that you use in the fabric softner dispenser or by pouring right into the washing machine during the rinse cycle. I used mine in the fabric softener dispenser. It is made to clarify your fabrics by removing residue build up. The Cool Cotton scent is light, refreshing and smells so clean. It made my clothes smell wonderful and I felt like they had been cleansed extremely well when I got them out of the wash.

It really makes you think about how much detergent isn't rinsing out of your clothes. It's cool cotton scent is just enough and doesn't leave you overpowering everyone.

The sheets were soft, they smelled nice, but general detergent and dryer sheets do the same. I do not love that it is a liquid and it is just one more thing to add to your wash cycle. Overall, meh - not bad but not sure I would use it again.

Absolutely love this product! Washed kitchen and bathroom linens in the sample I received and was amazed. Everything just seemed so clean and smelled amazing. My linens actually felt lighter and looked so much brighter. The smell is nice but not overwhelming and it did not bother my skin or sinuses as I am sensitive to many product. So very glad I tried this!
