Things don’t smell any different than before.

The kids love the grab and go bottles. Very convenient.

Didnt notice any different in any of my clothes

Seems to soften w/o using greasy softeners in the rinse. Towels smell cleaner but Im also using Lysol Laundry sanitizer. It's definitely not bad but Im not sure it makes as big of a difference that Downey claims.

This stuff is great. Not sure what is going on with the water supply but at the end of a culdesac i guess we get the crud along with our water. Downy Rinse and Refresh means great-smelling laundry every time. BYE stinky whatever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the smell and the usefulness of this product but I do not like that I will have to always pause and set a timer to rub back to the machine to put it in during the rinse cycle. That gets a bit obnoxious for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Downey Rinse and Refresh! So simple to use and the results are freshness overload! Just add to your rinse cycle and it leaves a clean and odor free load of laundry, how simple is that!? It took out even the toughest of that musty towel smell we all hate. Or the “I forgot that load in the machine” smell out completely! We all have those times unfortunately. It left a great scent that wasn’t overwhelming, just a clean, just washed smell for a long time. Great product!

My husband is a hard working man that works outside all day no matter how hot it is. Most days he comes in with soaking wet clothes from.sweating so much. Boy oh boy that smell is a chor trying to wash out. But not with this product. I just add it to my fabric softener tray in my washing machine and it does its magic. His clothes comes out clean smelling with the first wash. The scent cool cotton is a light scent which is a plus for my husband and his sensitive skin.

Leaves clothes and towels smelling fresh and soft. Just pour in your fabric softener dispenser. I have noticed a big difference In the way my towels feel and smell.
