Maggie, as you can imagine, we expect our Rinse & Refresh Cool Cotton to have a refreshing scent, and remove those unwanted odors. What you've experienced certainly isn't what we expect, especially if it's being added to your machine's rinse cycle, and not during the wash cycle. For a really tough malodor try soaking those fabrics for an hour or two. Make a solution of Tide Hygienic Clean or Tide Oxi Liquid, Rinse and Refresh and water and soak.
