Be sure that you’re adding Rinse & Refresh during your machine's rinse cycle, not during the wash cycle. Add to the softener drawer if that’s an option or to the center agitator. Some machines have a ‘fabric softener’ button that you need to push to activate the cycle. Remember, you can add as much or as little Rinse & Refresh as needed, but start with ¼ cup, and add upwards from there.
