I have two messy grandchildren and one old dog with a weak bladder. This product has been a lifesaver. I have used Downy fabric softener for (literally) decades and am pleased to have this new product to add to my laundry arsenal.

I love this stuff. It gets rid of the extra gunk in our clothes. The big BUT is that the lid/container is the worst to pour out of. On tv, you advertise the easy pour spout, but that’s not that’s in stores. It gets all over and leaks down the side.

Please develop a dispenser that has cap that you can squeeze out the product. I’m a guy and I use this on my dry fit clothes-sometimes in the shower, sometimes the bathroom sink a squeeze nozzle would be greatly appreciated🤓🥸😎🤙

I but the cool cotton it smells amazing and it leaves my clothes smelling fresh, but the way it pours is horrible. Why does it not have a spout? Measuring is to be desired. Overall it does what is supposed to that one thing and it would be perfect

It is not in a pour friendly bottle .it spills when I pour and the bottle is too big for My hand., awkward to hold. This will prevent me from purchasing in the future.

I love this product, it smells amazing and fresh! However, attempting to pour the liquid from the wide bottle opening and having it drip all over the sides and my fingers makes the experience a bit of a nightmare. Please change the bottle 🙏

Sticky, always dribbles out of the bottle and gets everywhere. It also bleached my grout where it spilled out so now I'm afraid I might accidentally spill it on clothes. I would like the product if perhaps it came in a different bottle.

I love this stuff EXCEPT for the packaging. It’s the worst! The cap is too small to measure, the bottle is too tall to pour. Ends up getting my hands, the counter and the bottle a sticky mess!!!

Am I using too much?? I mean, I like it, it smells great! But I have more soapy water during the rinse than the wash! Maybe I'm using too much cause I'm having to do an extra rinse with plain water after.

I’ve tried others and this by far is the best.
