I have been using the Downy fresh protect for a while now, but my newest purchase of fresh protect odor defense,30.3 OZ.......... ,well it seems you have changed the formulation of the product and it is not as effective. I am taking it back ! The former product met my needs and kept my uniforms nice in the work I do . It does not now.

This stuff is great! We did two loads of laundry last weekend. The first I did, and I used these beads. The second, my husband did and he forgot. We had all the clothes on the bed as we were folding and it was so clear which were washed with the beads and which weren't. The scent also lasted on the clothes all week! I got these to try from Downy for free but my opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't expecting to love the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads, because scented products and I don't always get along...I was hesitant to use scented products due to a history of skin sensitivity; I was also concerned with using them in my HE washer, despite the labeling. I am happy to say, I have had zero skin issues with the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads! The scent is long-lasting without being overpowering. The scent was noticeable and pleasant while folding laundry, and when I open my drawer each morning, I get just a bit of the fresh scent. Even after wearing clothing all day, the scent is still evident! The only downside I noticed was that after washing my load of clothing, a few beads were still solid and visible along the edges of the washing machine. They were not on the clothing, so there was no transfer to the dryer, and all beads were dissolved by the next laundry load. Overall, Downy Fresh & Protect Beads are a great product that I will buy again and recommend to others!

I was pretty excited when I found out that BzzAgent would be sending me a sample. I used the sample and was absolutely in love; I went out and bought it at my next grocery trip. It makes my clothes go from "Wow, I like your laundry soap." to "I NEED YOUR LAUNDRY SOAP!" But its not soap, my friend! I love that they are little beads that I can just throw in with the laundry. So, I am converted. I will be using this product from now on. I only wish that I would've been using it all along.

I love these little guys- I shake them into my laundry every time I do a load. I even shake a little extra in when it's towels and sheets so they are extra fresh smelling. The built-in odor protection is great. Best part of all they do not irritate my sensitive skin. Glad I received these for testing purposes from influenster- all thoughts are my own though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying sorry for the generic picture below but I was so excited to try my sample of Downy Fresh Protect Active Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield I got from BzzAgent that I ripped open the package and tossed the beads into a load of towels without even thinking to snap a picture first. With a 14 year old active boy who likes to take 2 showers a day our towels take a beating and sometimes he leaves wet towels in his floor until I have to hunt down that musty stink. The Downy Fresh & Protect did a great job tackling that smell. Now when I go in the bathroom it smells fresh and not like musty old towels. I will definitely be buying more of this stuff!!

Although I have used unstoppables religiously since they first debuted about 3 years ago, these are a pleasant new addition (in fact I bought a full size bottle within a week of trying these). I love my laundry to smell fresh for several days and these are the perfect pairing to your favorite tide detergent, it leaves blankets and sheets smelling fresh for over a week. I love the scent too!

I received a sample of this to try for free. I've used other kinds in the past which stained my clothes so I was hesitant to use these again. These however, worked great. I used them on my bath mats and my son's sheets. It makes his room smell nice, even when it doesn't look nice!

I recieved this product as a part of my influenster box! All opinions are my own! I really enjoyed the downy in-wash beads. I noticed a change in the freshness of my clothes. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a new fresh scent to your clothes

I really loved the clean, fresh scent of this product. It seems really great for particularly smelly loads, or things that you want smelling fresh for a long time. I threw some of these beads in with a load that had workout clothes in it, and I'll probably do a load of sheets, too. It's a pretty strong scent, so I don't think I'll use it in every load of laundry, however. I received this product free for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.
