Downy Fresh Protect April Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield works great! They are easy to use- just sprinkle some of the beads in your washer along with your normal amount of detergent and wash. My laundry came out smelling so fresh and clean. The April Fresh scent is refreshing and clean smelling. My whole basment, where my washer is, smells great now! I definitely recommend this product. I received this product free for testing purposes but all opinions are my own.

I love the fresh smell my clothes had after using the beads for the first time in the wash.They were so easy to use, just thrown in the bottom of the washer. They fully dissolved and I loved the fresh smell of my clothes all day, especially after going on a bike ride. I love the smell, but others could see it as too strong or potent. Personal preference. If you enjoy using fabric softeners or fabric scents, you will definitely love this product! I tested my Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a chance to try Downy® Fresh Protect Active Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield this past laundry day and I absolutely loved it. Downy® Fresh Protect In-Wash Odor Shield has to be hands down, the best invention for laundry. My laundry smelled so good when it was done washing, the smell is not to overpowering, yet potent enough to notice and it kept the outfit I wore that day smelling so good all day long, even when I went to wash it again, the smell was still noticeable. I'm someone that likes to use different products for my laundry that will make my laundry smell good and keep the smell lasting and Downy® Fresh Protect In-Wash Odor Shield did just that and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this product to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

I don't like to use these in the wash because they don't always melt and sometimes halfway melt on the clothing so you have to re-wash. But they are great to put on carpet before vacuuming - makes the room smell great. So my rating is for use on the carpet. Only 1-2 stars for the laundry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddos are night sweaters that love blankets. It leds to smelly blankets and sheets fast, especially when the dog joins them for the night. I tried these hesitantly, but oh man did they work! The freshness just didn't stop! They smelled great and nearly a week later the blankets (especially that old ratty one that is my youngest's favorite) still smell great! They've helped fight off smells throughout the day or night and I absolutely love these!

I loved this product. I received it in a free box to test, and all opinions I write are completely my own. That being said, I loved the smell! It helped the washer with the funky smell it sometimes has as well. I recommend them to anyone who likes clothes to smell good. And who doesn't like that?

Already such a big fan of Downey products and this is no different. After one wash with a little bit of the fresh protect my clothing was smelling so fresh! And even better wearing clothing it lasted all throughout the day as well. Really does a great job of staying on the clothes and making them smell that much fresher. I was sent a sample of this from Influenster to try and review for them for free and will absolutely be adding it to my list of items to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Downy Fresh & protect Beads Botanical Mist made my throw blankets smell better than before the dogs claimed them as their own! I was a little upset that my favorite blankets had become my pets favorites too, but the Downy beads eliminated all pet odor and left them smelling amazing. This was super easy. Just throw in the beads with the laundry at the time you start the washer. No waiting for a certain cycle or worrying about putting them directly on the laundry. The beads are totally gone leaving only the great smell by the time you throw them in the dryer! I would highly recommend Downy Fresh and Protect beads. These are perfect for pet owners or parents. We all know how stinky those kids can be!

This stuff is great! I love the touch of Febreze especially. But the scent is a bit strong for me. Maybe I will try using less on the next load but besides that, its an awesome product. I recieved this product free for test purposes but does not effect my opinion.
