I am in love with the Downy Fresh Protect April Fresh beads. I not only use them on clothes but my bedding as well. I love how fresh they make my bedroom smell. I also love how the smell lasts for more than a few days. Although I received them for free to try, It doesn't influense my opinion on them. I have bought Downy in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

Product is great,our clothes came out smelling fresh and softer. Me and my husband have a sensitive skin and I did not find this product irritating. Product is expensive but its worth it. Received this product from Influenster for free complimentary for testing purposes.

I've always used fabric softener beads and loved them. I thought they were great. Then I used these gems! They're absolutely amazing! There even better than the other leading brand I use. The smell is amazing. It leaves my clothes smelling fresh and soft. I can smell it still on clothing I've folded and put away days past. I will use this over and over again. Won't be going back to my other brand!

I used this product with my workout clothes and my kids' clothes. It helped freshen up even my stinkiest clothes. If you are senesitive to scents, this may overwhelm you. It did leave my clothes smelling wonderful and very soft. I received this product free; however all opinions are my own.

I received this product for free to test, and all opinions are my own. This product made my laundry smell amazing as it was washing. I used an unscented detergent, and could smell it working while the laundry was washing and when I opened it up to put it in the dryer, my spouse commented on how great the smell was from a room away! I love these, and will be definitely purchasing them in the future.

I love the smell but it does not like me. I used a free sample in the wash and wound up in the ER due to a massive allergic reaction. I did not get hives as others have reported but my body swelled up and my pulse and blood pressure went through the roof. I am glad i only used 1/2 the recommended amount in the wash.

I am a tried and true Gain Fireworks original user. I tried out the Downey Fresh Protect April Fresh In-wash oder shield, and I love this product! The scent is amazing, and stays with the clothes and towels for a long time. It is not a overpowering scent either. I am definitely going to start buying these from now on instead of the Gain. I received 3 generous sample packs of these in wash odor shields from influenster complimentary for testing purposes, however all opinions are honest and my own. This product worked great for work clothes, play clothes, gym clothes, and all my other heavily sweat soiled garments. I have tried similar products like this in the past but I didn't notice that they did anything other than add some scent to the clothes, however this downy one actually removed all traces of any odor and left the clothes clean and smelling fresh. I do suffer from sensitivity to certain smells so for that reason I couldn't give this product a 5 star rating. I am however able to use it on my husband and my sons clothing without the scent bothering them so for that reason will be purchasing a full sized package of these when I go to the grocery today.

The kids said the clothes did not smell any better after running around for just one day at school ( not even a gym class, just everyday activity)- so I have to say results do not meet the promises . I have other plain fabric softeners that gave longer & better scent. Sorry Downy- you disappointed me with this one.
