I was all out of detergent last week and I used this until I got more that evening and it worked wonders, no it isn't detergent but it did the trick on what I needed to wash. They smelled amazing!!! And they were sooo soft!!! Absolutely loved them!!!!!!!!!!! Dfinitely try for your fabric softener, you won't be disappointed.

Being an event planner, I am often outside-- either with clients or running and event. One thing I hate is when I go back into the office after a quick meeting outdoors and I smell like outside. After using the Downy Fresh Protect, that is not longer a worry! The odor shield kept me smelling like fresh laundry all day. These are a must in my washer from now on. This fresh protest product is amazing! I love, love, love the scent of it. My clothes smell phenomenal. People keep asking what it is, even as I'm working out! My gym clothes smell great. I sweat a lot, too, so I'm very happy to find a product that helps combat my stinky gym smell. I tested this product for free, but all opinions are my own. I will definitely purchase this at full price.

I love this product the smell last but there is one issue I have had and I hope you fix it . It only is on this product Downy Fresh Producf (which is my favorite scent ) out of all the other scents . If I wash in cold water they do not melt instead they partially melt sticking to the laundry but the other scents in the black canister work in cold warm or hot . Why do these not ? Please fix this . The smell is awesome but all my laundry can't be washed in hot or warm!

This was a great idea but laundry detergent is fine on its own. I used this on my sheets on covers and I did not notice a difference and only smelled the laundry detergent I used. I also used it on my clothes and it did not do as advertised. I recommend just using dryer sheets, that usually helps lock in good smell of the laundry detergent. I tested this product for free but all opinions are mine.

My husband has sensitive skin. Shortly after I started using this he broke out in a itchy rash. I did wash his shirts with Downy beads, the only difference in my normal routine. I loved the smell but because of his sensitivity, we can no longer use this product.

This product smells wonderful! All of it dissolved in the wash and it did not leave any residue behind like some scent boosters do. I have used it on all my laundry; towels, sheets, and clothes and it has done an exceptional job at keeping all smelling and feeling clean and fresh. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good scent boost for their laundry.

You cannot go wrong with Downy. These beads go right into the wash. They leave your clothes smelling nice and fresh. The scent is nice and this product is easy to use. These beads will leave your clothes smelling nice all day long. I received this product for testing purposes. All opinions are my own.

This was my first time trying a "deodorant for my clothes" and I was really impressed. I typically use unscented detergents so using this was a little risky for me. The scent was not overwhelming, but you could tell it was doing the job. I would use this again!
