This product is great! My clothes smell amazing, and it definitely lasts all day long. Very easy to use. My mom also enjoys this product a lot. It prevents sweat stains on top of wearing deodorant, but deodorant might not even be necessary if you're using this product.I did get this product for free from Influenster. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most experience I have with Downy is with the Downy Unstoppables. It was a bad experience, not due to the performance of the product but due to the fact that I am apparently allergic to it. So, I hesitated, but I still tried the Downy Fresh & protect beads botanical. I really wanted something to make my clothes feel soft and have a nice scent that wouldn't be overpowering and wouldn't cause my eyes to swell. I was pleasantly surprised to have found that in this product. My clothes are soft, and they have a nice scent to them without the itchy eyes and nose.

I tested Downy Fresh Protect for free, but all opinions are my own. I LOVE this product. I really enjoy the fresh smell every time I open my closet. My favorite use however is the great scent on my towels when getting out of the shower. Super easy to use and super long lasting fresh smell.

Easy to use; just put some into your machine's drum and start. Clothes are soft and smells nice. The scent is April fresh and it's quite flowery. I guess the scent deflects any odour that might be lingering on the clothes pre-wash.

I'm a long time user of downy products so I was excited to try these. I've tried other laundry scent beads but none claim to have odor defense like this Downy product. I have some jeans that sometimes give off a metallic smell. I don't know if it's from the jeans themselves, being washed with my husbands work clothes, or what but using the Downy Fresh protect neutralized that odor and left the load of laundry smelling fresh, I highly recommend if you, like me, love to use those smelly beads and love the downy smell. I have to disclose I was given this product for my review but the review is my honest opinion.

This makes my laundry smell so amazingly good, I can't even take how good it smells! I love it so much! Also the scent last very long, I can smell it on clothes that I washed weeks before. I tested the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.

Let me start my saying that when I opened my sample this was the first thing that I smelled and it was amazing! It was nice and "Fresh" it was not overpowering at all like what I have experienced with some other laundry scented products in the past. I was really excited to be trying this as I new about the Scent Beads in the past but had never tried them. My husband works in an environment where he gets oils all over his clothes and no matter how hard we have tried, we have not found a way to mask the scent, so this was the perfect product to finally be able to use on his clothes to see if we could finally get that stinky oil smell off of his clothing. I found that the Downy® Fresh Protect was really amazing at getting rid of that nasty oily smell on his work clothes. Not only is this product really easy to use, (just pour the measured amount into your laundry while you washing your clothes), but it is great smelling and it is effecting at controlling odor.

My family and I have grown to love using the Downy fresh protect on our daily washes. The fresh scent that it leaves on our clothing is something I am not willing to give up. Highly recommend this product! I was sent this product to test for free but these opinions are my own.

I can't believe how clean and fresh this product smells without being overpowering! I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. I used this today on my activewear, and it came out of the wash smelling fresh and clean! I will definitely purchase this product in the future.
