I love this product! It smells so good and makes your laundry smell so good. I will definitely be buying some of this product. I will also refer this to family and friends. I did receive a free sample to test this product, but I really do love it. Very happy sampling this product!

At first, I thought these beads were going to be a waste of money since the detergent I use already has sent in it but I WAS WRONG. I put these beads in with my shirts and they came out smelling 5 times better than when I only use detergent. I will defiantly be buying these since I have already used what I was given. I tested the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.

I love the scent of these beads! They made my laundry smell so good and it lasts for a long time! I've gotten a lot of compliments and a few people asked what kind of laundry soap I use. I explained this is why my clothes smell so good. I used this on my towels that had a musty scent to them from sitting wet and this took any bad smell right out! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not say enough good things about the Downy Fresh & protect Beads. I used these Saturday morning to wash my kids blankets and sheets. You could smell theses beads thru the hosuse to the point that my mom came over and when she walked in she asked what smelled so good. I told her that it was a BZZ agent survey and they were the Downy fresh. I went to the store on Sunday and bought her and I both a bottle.Thanks Bzz agent they are the best!!!

Used this product one time. Messed up the washing machine, it took 10 minutes to clean undissolved particles from the machine. when placing in dryer some particles were still in clothing. MELTED all in drum to the point you had to scrape off drum. NO way will I use Downy products again. Have no faith in them!

I've been using another product for a while. But after receiving a sample of the Downy In Wash odor shield, I think I'm hooked. I will definitely be buying this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my BzzKit including the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads, I immediately knew I'd use them for my load of towels. I have tried several different detergents with fragrances in an effort to keep my towels smelling fresh all week long, but in vain. So what do you need to know before using them? They go right into your load of laundry, so they're super convenient! You can use as many or as few as you like, so they'll last shorter or longer depending on your preference. They are NOT supposed to take the place of your detergent or fabric softener; they simply add fragrance, so be aware you'll have to add those if you wish. (I was washing towels, so I added detergent free of perfume and zero fabric softener to I could notice the scent afterwards.) I was careful with where I kept the beads before using them, and I still noticed they melted together partially when they got a tad warm, so be SUPER careful where you store them! They're delicate and kind of a waxy texture so they will melt super easily. Well, I was VERY pleased with the results! My towels came out of the dryer smelling WONDERFUL but not too strong, and they have stayed smelling great all week! I have kept my eye out for the beads at my local grocery store, and was pleased to see them being sold in a sleek, easy-to-use container, so I think I have a new item on my list. ;)

I really enjoyed these! The scent was perfect and not overpowering in any way. I used it on my sweaty gym clothes and they came out smelling fantastic. I could still smell it during my next workout. I received these for free to test from Influenster, if I had a coupon I would definitely purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually came to trying the Downy Fresh and Protect Beads with the attitude of "great, something else I don't really want or need", but having tried it, I can't imagine not using it! First off, it smells absolutely divine. I never thought there was actually a way to freshen up those tough-to-clean items. My husband wears a lot of nylon polo shirts that tend to grab any odor they can get their hands on. By the end of the day, his shirt smells musty and gross. This is the only product that keeps his shirt fresh all day. What a wonderful thing. A little tip, when I use the recommended amount (filled up to the first or second line) it is too much. Now that being said, my washer is energy efficient, so it doesn't use as much water as normal models. That may have something to do with it. I'm always a little weary of trying new deteregents, fabric softeners, etc. with my clothes as my little girl has really sensitive skin; it doesn't seem to bother her at all. Kid approved. Overall I really like this product!
