I have used Downy scent beads before, and they are always great. I bought this as it was on sale. First, there is nothing April about the scent. It smells like cheap rosewater. It reeks. Instead of controlling odor, it is so overpowering it mask order or gives them rose odor. I actually used half the amount recommended. I had to rewash my cloths 2 times to get the rose smell out and they still have a lingering rose smell. I am returning this the next time I visit the club; Buy only is you really, really love a Rose smell.

This is not something I would particularly buy, but I did receive it free to test and review. If you are looking for something to make your clothes smell good, especially if you get sweaty, then the scent beads are great. I used them on my workout clothes and wore them the next day. I definitely had a great workout and got sweaty, but my clothes never smelled. I still had the April Fresh scent on my sports bra! Like I said, I did receive this free, but my opinions are my own.

I loved this product. I received it in a free box to test, and all opinions I write are completely my own. That being said, I loved the smell! It helped the washer with the funky smell it sometimes has as well. I recommend them to anyone who likes clothes to smell good. And who doesn't like that?

I can't express how much I love this product. It smells amazing and the fragrance last a long time. It is so easy to use and convenient. You just add it to the beginning of the wash, no more forgetting to add fabric softener to the laundry ever again. I received Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are your own.

I have used a similar product to this one before and I stop because i didn't really think it was necessary. But honestly this one is hands down awesome!!. I love the smell, it will last forever and I just love how awesome my clothes feel after using it. I can totally tell a difference from this to the other product. Totally love it.

As I'm doing laundry my whole house smells so wonderful. Even after I pull them out of the dryer and put them away, days later my clothes are still smelling like I just finished washing them!

I really enjoyed the scent of this product. I used it in a small load of laundry consisting mainly of gym/workout clothes and everything came out smelling amazing. Perhaps my load of laundry was a bit small, but the sent was also a bit overpowering. Next time I will use it in a larger load of laundry. Overall very pleased with this product. I tested Downy Fresh Protect for free, but the above opinions are all my own.

The smell of the beads is really good. I used it with my color clothes and as they were washing you could walk by the washing machine and you could feel the smell. Even after putting the clothes in the dryer with different smelling dryer sheets you could feel the nice smell while folding the clothes. So the smell really gets into the clothes so that it gets released with time as you use the clothes. I got this product for free but my opinions are my own.

Just toss it in, and it does its thing to remove the odors, and leaves your clothes smelling fresh and clean, and soft. I like my clothes to have a fresh scent that's not too overpowering, and that's what I got with this. It was fresh, clean, soft, and just what I expect from a good fabric softener product. Thank you Bzzagent for the chance to try this out, I will definitely be purchasing again after seeing such great results with my laundry!
