I really enjoyed this product. Upon opening the pack, it smelled wonderful. I wa surprised by how little product is needed to get the job done. Unlike most other products, it left my clothing smelling wonderful. No greasy residue was left on my clothing. Will purchase again. I did sample this product for free. However, this is my own opinion of the product.

Being an event planner, I am often outside-- either with clients or running and event. One thing I hate is when I go back into the office after a quick meeting outdoors and I smell like outside. After using the Downy Fresh Protect, that is not longer a worry! The odor shield kept me smelling like fresh laundry all day. These are a must in my washer from now on. My entire house is obsessed with this product. We've never had a problem with smelly clothes, but once you have sheets and shirts that smell good for weeks then it's hard to go back to things that are only fresh for the first use. I just finish this bottle of Downy Unstopable Fresh Protect, April Fresh Booster Beads 30.3 oz I love how it leaves my clothes smelling, even though is not a fabric softener, but I usually only use it with my darks, and my color towels, cause I have notice that on the whites it leaves dark/purple spots don't know why, anybody had that probkem?? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wasn't sure that the beads would do anything more then a good detergent would do. I was wrong though. I have a child who some nights wets the bed and as we all know that is a pretty nasty smell. I added the beads to that load and surprisingly the sheets came out smelling better then ever. And the sheets stayed smelling great for a couple of days. The beads are simple to use and did a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I used the downy pellets for the first time today. Just so you know you still use regular laundry detergent with this product. It doesn't tell you this on the package so I looked it up online and found out exactly how to use them. This product is just a smell booster. You put the pellets straight into the machine with your clothes ( not into laundry dispenser). It is he compatible. I tried it with a load of towels and sheets. They came out soft and do smell good. Personally I think that this product isnt any more convenient than regular fabric softener, liquid or sheets. As a matter of fact I think these could actually be more inconvenient because I can see these pellets falling all over the floor creating a danger for small children and pets. Also I would worry about using this product with clothes thinking that the pellets might cause staining because you put them right in with the clothes. ( prescicly why I chose to use them with towels). I can't tell you how long this product keeps everything smelling fresh because I just washed them today.

If I could shower in this I would. Clothes come out of the wash smelling great and it lasts long beyond the first 10 minutes. Whether I am running after my kids or running in the gym my clothes stay smelling as if they came fresh out of the dryer all day long.

I absolutely love these! I've tried products like these in the past that smell amazing in the package and don't smell once they actually touch the clothes. These had just enough amount of scent to smell, but nothing over powerful. I would definitely buy these again. *I tested these for free, but all opinions are my own.

We usually use all free and clear products in our home due to allergies. I was able to drop a small amount (about 1/2 the recommended dose) of the in wash odor shield to give a small amount of fragrance to our clothes with out bothering allergy sufferers. I was given this product for free to test and give my honest review.

I loved this product. I received it in a free box to test, and all opinions I write are completely my own. That being said, I loved the smell! It helped the washer with the funky smell it sometimes has as well. I recommend them to anyone who likes clothes to smell good. And who doesn't like that?
