My husband and I have been searching for a lovely cabinet for his ever expanding bourbon collection. When I saw this cabinet, I knew it was the one! Delivery went beautifully! Unboxed it and found that it had been very carefully packaged. We looked it over and found no visible scratches and nothing was broken. The magnets that keep the doors closed are strong! We were able to adjust a few of the shelves to make room for his different height bottles. Highly recommend this cabinet!

I wanted to love this cabinet but when it was delivered it had a huge hole in the box and you could see right away the cabinet was damaged. Sam's sent out a second one and it ended up being dented! I asked for a discount and was told I would get one but never did. They never picked up the first cabinet with the hole in it either. I called and chatted with customer service three times and nothing. I had to put the damaged cabinet out to the curb after a month and a half of being stuck with it and the other I kept with the dent it in because I knew that one would never be rectified either. If you buy one I hope you can pick it up from the store and inspect it because if not delivery will damage it!

Love the cabinet but it was broken when I unboxed it. None of the shelving inside was secured and it appears they shelves and door handles etc were banging around on the inside. There are 2 cracks on either side of the arch where it meets the cabinet. Really bummed as I waited forever for this to be in stock at my store.

I’m so disappointed because I was so excited to find a cabinet similar to the look I want but less than $3000. Well, lesson learned you get what you pay for. When I got home and opened the box it was broken. Went back to Sam’s club in port Charlotte and there was only 1 left in stock and that one was broken too. Traveled an hour to fort Myers because there were “4 in stock” according to the website. There was actually only 3 in stock, 2 in a box and 1 floor model. We thought we’d have better luck but NOPE, all broken as well. Complete waste of time, money, and gas to try to get this cabinet. It’s a nice cabinet but very poorly made for all these cabinets to have the same issues. The packaging seemed secure so they clearly don’t handle fragile packages well either.

I had been eyeing this piece for quite a while. I decided to purchase two since Sam's had it on sale for Christmas. Pick up the piece and at first I was not going to open because I am getting my room painted but my husband wanted to check things out. I am so glad he did! The first box we open the left side of the arch was chipped on the right inside the wood was spilt. You can tell it was spilt due to drilling the nail in too far. It is a shame that whoever put this piece together packed it to sell knowing it was defective. I truly loved the look but unfortunately, I will be returning.

After a delivery problem, the item arrived and when I fully unboxed it, I found a crack through the wood on one door and the rattan doors pushed in so they wouldn’t open. I called about replacement doors and the doors don’t come with glass. (?!) and I can’t take the back off to push the rattan doors open because the back can crack and they “don’t make replacement backs”. I should have listened to the many reviews. Now I have to wait for a freight company to contact me to return it. What a waste of a day and $637 until I get my refund.

Believe the negative reviews. After waiting months for this item to restock when it finally did and I got it home it was severely broken beyond repair. This item was a complete pain to track down, drive and get, unload etc. It was the hugest let down ever! To add insult to injury I have tried getting ahold of Sams club multiple times and can’t get a single person to answer and that’s calling several stores. I will no longer shop at Sams after this disappointing experience. This item was very clearly damaged before it was placed in the box and quality control didn’t catch it. The box was perfect but the bookcase was completely crushed in all along the back side. Such a waste of time, gas money and energy on this item.

Love this bookcase! Purchased my first one about a year ago and then they were sold out for a long time. As soon as I saw him back in stock and they are $200 off this week. I purchased my second one. We have the black bookcase. Thinking I may purchase the blue one also for a different room in the house. Very beautiful well-made heavy furniture.

It does look pretty nice, it's stylish, and it fits what we were looking for. There are plenty of pictures of people sharing the same sentiment, so I won't do that. What I will share is what we found when we looked a little closer. Most egregious is the glass doors. They are misaligned and uneven, easily noticable even from a distance once you see it. This misalignment also allows the left door to close more than the right, so the right one sticks out about 1/4". The next thing we noticed was inside the cabinet, one of the horizontal pieces of wood has a big split in it. Clearly happened during install and they just didn't care, sent it anyway. We also have a few spots where enough paint wasn't applied and you can see the dark primer underneath. And the included touch up pen does precisely nothing, it doesn't stick to the primer. We also noticed a handful of little dings and dents, and also several spots where it's "shiny". The paint is matte but these spots are glossy. Hard to capture on camera, but I have a pic of one of them. They do not wipe off. Most annoyingly of all, we reached out to Sam's about these issues and basically what they told us was, "You opened the box? (Yes, obviously) Well then you bought it, it's yours. Kick rocks."

This Enzo Storage Cabinet is beautiful! We placed it in our library to hold our favorite books and it is stunning. The directions to put it together were easy and took about a half hour to put it together (2 people). it is a heavy, well constructed unit which took some doing to bring it into the house. It is well priced in comparison to other similar pieces that we looked at. A good purchase indeed!
