We had a memory foam mattress for 15 years and struggled with the fact that it was too hot, although comfortable. Tried every topper and cover possible. So, we went ahead and were talked into this one and it's still hot! Rooms to go will not return calls so we can return, I guess we are stuck once again, rolling over to find a cool spot

We slept on the mattress for 33 nights then went to the retailer seeking a refund invoking the 90 refund policy. The mattress is too firm. Both my wife and I slept poorly and got up each morning sore. An exchange for a softer Tempurpedic was going to cost an additional $800 and that became an excessive expense on top of the high price of the original purchase. We chose not to buy it. We are both 60 and of average height and normal weight. The best thing I can say is the refund from the retailer was no hassle.

I have been using the same Tempurpedic mattresses since 1999. My old mattress is still going strong, but it was time to upgrade to a larger size. I bought my first new Tempurpedic mattress a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that the product is still excellent. The order was processed quickly and delivery was on time and trouble-free. From website, to my bedroom, the experience was fast, efficient and professional. In these challenging times, service quality from many companies have suffered greatly. Not with Tempurpedic.

The Tempur-pedic is by far the best I have tried. I was skeptical at first and didn't really believe a high end mattress would help much with my back pain. Boy was I wrong. I've had this mattress for 5 months now and it has helped my pain substantially, and now that I am pregnant with my second child I am extra thankful for a truly comfortable bed. It conforms to my body relieving my aches and pains, without making me feel like I am sinking. I honestly don't know how I went without a Tempur-pedic all these years. Absolutely worth every penny!

We have an older double Tempur-Pedic our guest bedroom, which we liked, so we decided to purchase a queen Tempur-Pedic for our bedroom. We have had the mattress for about three weeks and it's okay. The mattress is not as comfortable as we thought it would be. It is somewhat disappointing in a word. We also purchased pillows (BOGO), they are too hard, in fact, my wife after the first night after getting and using the pillows went back to her old pillow.

WOW! I've heard conflicting reviews about the Tempur-Pedic, but my lower back pain had me considering many options. I then recalled a chiropractor years ago who mentioned that Tempur-Pedic was the best mattress for spine alignment. That being said, I went with the Adapt Hybrid, and ... WOW ... I've been experiencing the best, pain-free sleep ever. I can't believe that I waited so long to purchase a Tempur-Pedic. Don't be fooled by all of the mattresses in a box. You can't beat the Tempur-Pedic Adapt for comfort at a reasonable price.

I bought this mattress hoping to have a good experience, but all I did was waste my money on something that doesn't give me rest. The mattress sinks, and every day without exception I wake up with back pain, I have never had so much pain as now. The pain remains all day. I'm desperate because I spent a lot of money and I can't rest. I'm trying to find a solution, I hope Tempur can do something, since the investment is not cheap at all. When they solve the problem I will return with an update

Very pleased with the mattress when I tested out at a store I knew I had to have it. The big test would be my wife because she was not with me at the time but she loves it too. You know what they say happy wife good night sleep something like that I think. GREAT BED.

I purchased a Stern and Foster firm mattress, slept on it for 30 days , I returned it. I jumped from mattress to mattress like the 3 Bears , finally I selected the The Tempurpedic Adapt Medium Hybrid, I have slept on it for 30 days , I feel much better . I still wake up with a little pain in my hip area, hopefully it will get better Now I need to look for a pillow that will help my neck !!!
