We both love our new mattress! While the cost was a bit more than we had intended to spend, it is worth every penny. We both get a more restful sleep and wake with fewer aches, a plus for seniors. And ones moving during the night doesn't disturb other person, a blessing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Queen Tempur-Pedic and loved it so much that when we decided to get a bigger bed we moved the queen to the guest room and bought a king Tempur-Pedic. We got the adjustable base with both which is great for me because I have back problems and being able to raise my head and feet helps to relieve some of the pain.

I've never paid close to this much for a mattress before, but upon reflecting that we spend a third of our life sleeping I decided to splurge (I bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid). The very first night I slept on it I thought it was a bit too firm for me, but now after a month it feels perfect. This mattress just feels so luxurious and comfortable that I now look forward to going to bed! I was advised to buy a mattress protector and would highly recommend one.

Been using the bed for about 4 months now. It took a while to break it in, but has not sagged yet. We had tons of problems with customer service. Had to move the bed upstairs by OURSELVES, and the bed frame has a hold in it from the shipping company. They chose the wrong shipping company and tried to blame us for accepting the order when it arrived at the front of the house. Like how were we suppose to know this?! Definitely did not get the "white glove" delivery!

We have the King Split Tempur Adapt....there must be better mattresses. It was fine in the store. My husband is getting great sleep. Both of us have back issues. I find the bed uncomfortable. I am not getting good sleep and my back does not feel better. Am thinking of returning my side of this bed. It is a lot of money for a mediocre experience.

love my Tempur-Pedic adapt. My previous mattress was also Tempur-Pedic.. That one slept hot, but I bought a mattress topper that cooled it. This new one so far is great. Because of low back pain I am Leary about trying any other mattress. My first Tempur-Pedic was 20-25 yrs old and still good enough in my spare room! Happy

This was an upgrade for me from my previous Tempur-Pedic Deluxe mattress that I had for over 12 years and I have to say that I LOVE the feel of the hybrid model and have never sleep better. This hybrid model combines the incredible comfort of the tempur material with just enough bounce from the coils that I feel fully supported. I'm a 6'2", 190lb. 50 y.o. guy that has had previous lumbar/hip pain issues and now wake up feeling rested and pain free. I've slept on this mattress for over 4 months now and am very happy with my purchase!

We bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and it is just amazing to wake up every morning WITHOUT my typical back pain. I did a lot of research before we made this expensive purchase, but it is worth every penny. We just hope the mattress will last as promised. Thanks for creating such a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a super senior I unfortunately have a chronic arthritic lower back issue and prior to the following explanation and routine was walking with a walker or cane.....every day and thought I would soon be in a wheel chair . I have followed my surgeons and primary care Dr's advice and have completed the xrays,mri's , facet injections, physical therapy and chiropractic therapy . I have lost 30 pounds and am now normal weight , continue to use... one... 75 mg anti inflammatory med 2-3 x per week , 12 specific back exercises as needed ,2 x per month 1 hour therapeutic body massage ....AHHHHHH...:-))) ,3 water walking classes per week ...and purchased a Tempur-pedic adapt med hybrid mattress with an adjustable base . NO DOUBT the mattress has given me the most relief and is the most important part of my daily life since I spend 7-8 hours on it every 24 hours. I know this to be true since the above explained routine with out the new mattress was not giving me regular relief ! As a further mattress comparison traveling is difficult but now tolerable for short mini vacations since most up scale hotels and or relatives do not have tempur-pedic mattresses available . So the quality of my life has greatly improved .thanks to tempur-pedic . FYI we have several other high end mattresses in our spare bedrooms that are only 6 months to 2 years old and claimed to be the best there is for back issues ....NOT TRUE . Spend 3-6 hours in a mattress shop that sells the tempur -pedic mattresses and test the many models available . No doubt they are expensive ....but ... they work as advertised . Usually purchasing a mattress is worse than buying a used car, listening to most incumbent politicians or paying your taxes ....BUT the ...Tempur -pedic experience is different .. Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself as you and your back will be pleasantly surprised !!

At first it was difficult to get used to but as time went by, it got better. Now I can't live without it. Wait the 20 days and don't give up. It's well worth it. Happy sleeping!
