Generac system delivers power as advertised. System comes on within 3 seconds of power failure, runs my entire house and shuts off automatically when electric is restored. I appreciate the weekly system check that the Generac generator performs. I keeps me and my family assured that we will never again be without electric power.

We had a few problems getting the propane set up properly. The technician did a great job on the installation and setup of the generator. Once the propane issue was corrected, the test went great and it responds to a power loss immediately. It works great. Very pleased with all aspects of Generac.

We thought about getting a generator for many years but it seemed like a lot of research and a lot of money. After 20 years we finally put one in last spring. It was a considerable investment but so far we are pleased. Ours comes on every Wednesday morning and does the trial automatically which gives us some confidence. We've only had a few brief electrical outages and it did come on as needed but wasn't needed for a long time. When a larger outage occurs I feel confident that it will work and that our home can be the gathering spot for those without electricity.

We actually haven't had to use it for an emergency yet but we had an ice storm recently and we weren't anxious about the power going out because we had this generator. I am glad to see the design changes in the newest model because my electrician said this was tough to hook up the primary feed wires.

We have a farm an when power goes out we have nothing! not even a tractor generator, so when we lose power its not good. now that we have a Generac generator we don't have to worry anymore. thank you Steve we love our Generac. An we have already had to use it!

We're about 6 months into ownership now, and have experienced 1 power outage. The machine performed flawlessly. We live in a rural area area where power is lost quite often due to storms and it's really comforting to know life is not interrupted because of that. That said, I wish to add the home surge protector was also a worthy investment. Thank you Generac.

I bought a Generac for my CPA office first. The electric has been out in the past during January- March when there are IRS deadlines. I now do not have to worry about an outage. I work on a client's database at my home away from the server @ the office....It just made sense to purchase a Generac for my home. We installed it behind a crepe myrtle on the side of the house. I am very glad that I purchased Generac.

We had a Generac whole house 22kw generator installed by a Generac recognized contractor. Could not be happier. Last week we lost power during the night for about 45 minutes. Everything worked so well didn't even know the power was out except for the clock on the microwave.

Since building our house 2 years ago and installing a 22Kw Generac from the beginning, we have had 1 hurricane, several tornadoes watches/warnings, cars hitting electric posts, and "maintenance" from the electric company which cause our neighborhood to be without electricity for hours, even days, but not us. Our Generac system fired-up every time with a smooth transitional period that lasted less than 1 minute.

Last year we had a very bad winter for power outages. My husband was very sick and got very upset every time I had to carry 5-gallon cans of gas to the house for our old generator. My brother in Ohio had had a Generac generator installed and loved it's ease of operations as he has MS. We decided to go the same route. The week it was installed my husband died, he never saw the finished job. Two weeks later we lost power and it worked great. It was one of the best things we ever did. It also adds a great selling point when I go to sell. In our area we have power losses many times a year, some times for weeks..I also found out we have one at work now,too............
