Love my new Generac, I feel so much better knowing that I'll have power during a power outtage. I live alone and it has given me a great security knowing I'll taken care of. The guys that installed it was fantastic!!! Very VERY professional. I highly recommend GTI Generac power systems.

This unit is excellent in that it provides the security of knowing that if the power goes out while I am not home, or even if I am home, all appliances will run as usual. This includes my hot tub! During the winter, this is a must! Before this unit I have come home to a frozen well pump, flooded crawl space ruining my sump pump motor. No longer will I need to worry. The unit tests itself each week to ensure it is running correctly and lets you know easily by a green, yellow or red light on the side its functioning. There was an option to have those stats sent directly to my phone but I decided against that option. Installation by professionals went smoothly and they had no complaints. Unit had to be registered and that also went smoothly. Well worth the money and I encourage anyone thinking about purchasing one to do so. Make sure to get one with the 200 amp Automatic transfer switch.

We had just had it installed several days before a hurricane. It was wonderful to have the secure feeling of having power to our home!! It worked great for the 3 days that we did not have power. It has also come on again about a month ago. We didn't even know our power had gone off due to a cut line in our neighborhood. It is a blessing to us!!

We have built several house over the last 30 years and was always going to have a generac but always waited to last thing and money ran out. Well we just built our retirement home and bought a 22kw generac before we drew the plans. We'll the first two weeks after installation since we live in tornado alley lost power twice once at 2am for 8hrs and then 6hrs. At last bam the propane generator fired right up and we had glorious power AC and lights. Money well spent.

I upgraded to the 22K size to do my whole house. The smaller sizes would only do part of the house but the price difference wasn't too big. Overall, I do feel the price was too high but part of the reason is the installer had to come from the big city to my small mountain community. In less than a year since installation there have been several power outages, some lasting many hours. The unit has worked flawlessly and my whole house runs normally, with only a 30-second delay while the generator turns itself on automatically. My only complaint is the remote monitoring offered by Generac, at quite a high price. It doesn't have enough features or control capabilities, and I couldn't find a 3rd party monitoring solution that would work better without spending many more hundreds of dollars. I would reluctantly pay the Generac high price for monitoring if their system had better functionality. Now i no longer dread the inevitable power outages and I would recommend the 22K Generac.

The generator does its test every Wednesday at 1pm and is only on for 10 minutes, power went out for a couple of hours and the generator came on within seconds after the power went out and shut off when the power was restored, so far so good and now I won't have the wife upset when we don't have power, thank you " one happy customer"

All weather conditions vary, yet the New England winters can play havoc on the power grid. Even though we are on the grid, we are a few miles away from the main lines, and we would lose power 3-5 times per winter season, from 1-2 days in duration. One day is not so bad, and makes the family actually spend time together, but 2-3 days of no heat, etc. becomes a little challenging in this electronic age. The Generator crossed that gap and provides whole house power during the storm even. On Natural gas (in my case) I'm not worried about Gasoline or Diesel, It auto starts, alerts me on it's performance, provides all the necessities and was well worth the investment. It's January, and we have already had three power outages, although they were only a few hours in duration, the generator would kick right in and provide a normal living environment while the crews fixed the lines. Would I do it again? I should have 5 years ago!.

Very pleased with purchase of generator. Between Generac's website and the local dealer, I was able to pick the right one for my home business needs. I will say that not all dealers are "created equal" so be sure to get several quotes for the job. I got quotes from three different local dealers. Though the quotes were within range of each other, the process helped me pick the most professional and customer-service dealer. And that made all of the difference for a perfect and timely installation. About two weeks ago, we had a power outage which lasted 6 hours. The generator automatically switched on when it was supposed to. And then when the power returned, I barely noticed the switchback. What a marvelous experience!

This generator was purchased for a home in Belize and the sales and installation team were awesome. I have not had to use the generator but I have complete faith in the product and the installation. Was only disappointed the free Genarac pressure washer deal was not available in Belize. Thank you for a great product and a great team

We are very pleased with our purchase and the installation by our electrician. Fortunately we have not needed to use it yet. It does run every Sunday on time like clock work. It has a very nice appearance much nicer then our house a/c unit. We would definitely recommend this generator.
