I am very pleased with my 22kw generator. How ever the company that installed it did not do it to local codes and now I have incurred the additional cost to have the installation redone. Haven't recieved an answer for the company that installed my generator.

The contractor that installed instructed me on the installation, use and knowledge of this equiptment. I can now have a piece of mind knowing that the generac generator will kick in when power goes off. Also no gasoline just natural gas which relieves me of much work. My neighbors are very interested and are impressed with ease of the generatot.

Had it installed last month and although we haven't had to use it yet, and hope we don't, it's been doing it's exercise every week and reporting to our phones as expected. We live in a rural area so power outages are likely to be lengthy if they occur. Nothing like peace of mind with this unit.

Before my husband died we had other types of generators that he had to start and refuel. I knew I didn't know how to operate those kinds of generators, but because of living in the Ozarks where we do experience power outages I began asking people about their generators. Only had my 24kw for about 1 month, then after severe storms we lost power for 5 days straight. Having a newborn/toddler was one of the main reasons I chose to install one but honestly is a great choice for everyone! Our lives never skipped a beat, it ran our whole house seamlessly including all appliances, our 5 ton a/c unit and even our heated inground pool! I now have peace of mind knowing that the next power outage will not mean disruption of medical device use and loss of heat due to ice storms. I live in a rural area and winter ice storms and summer thunderstorms mean loss of power 2 to 4 times a year. My wife and I can now rest assured that we do not have to try to relocate due to power outages. We will be warm and safe from travel during ice storms and cool during summer storms.

We lived and worked in Afghanistan for almost a decade and experienced the "norm" of needing backup power generation. As a Florida resident, I know that weather events can adversely affect me for extended periods. This generator allows me, along with my pets. to stay safe and comfortable until power is restored. In addition, the control panel is user friendly and it is easy to check the oil status when called for.

The SPS team was amazing, from start to finish. I did my research before choosing the type of generator and company to do the install and support. I made the decision to go with Generac and SPS after talking to 4 other companies. I am a single homeowner and trust in the product and the company is paramount. I have had the system installed for less than 3 weeks and it's already been used twice. Power goes out quite a bit in my area and I also travel so knowing the system will work and that I am notified of each action the generator takes. I would recommend this product to anyone and the Specialized Power Services company to do the install!
