It’s winter in the Appalachians. The power to our whole area went out a few hours ago, as I was visiting a neighbor. We sat in the “dark” for an hour, and I decided to head home. As I pulled up, our lights were on, unlike all the others on our road, and the generator was humming, and wife was getting supper ready. That’s why I invested in this Guardian 22k last summer.

I bought my first Generac (Centurion) 15k watt, 15 years ago. That one served my family and my home amazingly. As "Bessie" has now been layed to rest. I knew I was only purchasing another Generac. This one is 22k Watt. Quieter, electronic. and I already have the trust in this one. Worth, every penny. Generac is dependable and reliable. Trouble free and easy to maintain!!

Backup power is very important for us due to health issues and provides us the safety and security to remain in our country home. We are on a well and can't live without heat or a/c throughout the year. Knapp's Electric(Generac contractor) and TrueComfort(Gas Line contractor) were very professional and completed a bang up job. The process was well explained and all our questioned expertly answered. We found the cost somewhat high although manageable for long term dependability. Worth it for us. We would highly recommend these contractors. The only negative is that the Dealer-Managed Plan should be included without cost. TKS

The manual that they send out with the unit doesn't have all the electrical connections in it and doesn't give you all the information to allow your generator to fully function crappy product crappy service crappy support, if you want a generator for backup supply go elsewhere to a company that actually knows what they're doing I can produce the manuals to back it up and not make change to the generator and then don't change the manual so it doesn't work properly.

From the time I first contacted the Generator SuperCenter about the Generac standby home generator system everyone super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When it came to the installation and setup did a great job and cleaned up and the setup went really great. Frank the technician checked out everything got everything running tested it severally times to make sure everything was working correctly then he went over and explained every part of the system and answered any questions that I may have. Our Whole House Generator was installed on Feb.16 2023. So far we didn't have to use it but when we need it will be there for us to give us the Power we need. I hope we will never have to use it but better be safe than sorry. The Install went great, and everything is working great.

I live way out in the boonies and we are usually the first ones to lose power when it happens and the last ones to get it back, so having the peace of mind that no matter the time or conditions this beauty will come on and keep my house warm or cool as the seasons determine is money in the bank.

Couldn't be more pleased with the installation contractor, the workmanship and timely installation. Without a word of a lie, the generator came online and provided the 'whole' house with power - with a utility outage less than 48 hours after the commissioning of our system. Great unit - reliable!
